Hard to book the right hotel with there being a Hilton right next door. That Hilton has the same name as another Hilton near the airport. I can't seem to get them straight. This is the only one with an included breakfast which is appreciated and I would stay here again.

Whenever I need to stay in the area, I stay here. Free breakfast, friendly staff and comfy beds. What more can you ask for. Also the showers are real people sized which, as a larger man, I appreciate.

My parents and I had made reservations for 2 rooms. I showed up a little before them. Since my mom made the booking she called before I showed up and said I would be checking in before them but they still wanted to pay. They said that was fine and put my name down. Unfortunately when I arrived they didn't honor their word and I was left to sit for an hour with my kids in the parking lot. Then when we finally got our room keys, only 1 of 4 actually worked. My dad couldn't even get into his room. Great now I have to deal with this girl again who seemed to think it was our fault the keys didn't work and was annoyed by us. Bed was clean and comfortable as always. I've stayed at nicer Hampton Inns. Breakfast was kinda bad.

From what I experienced, great hotel. That said, my flight into LAX was delayed so I got here at roughly 2:30am and checked out at 9:00am. Bed was comfy, room was clean, shower was hot with good water pressure, and the breakfast was tasty. Coffee was mediocre. All around, I don't regret spending six and a half hours here.

Everything was nicely cleaned. The hospitality was exceptional. The night watch even let me use the spa after hours for 20 minutes to soak my feet. The breakfast food (sausage &eggs)are not good at all but the waffle station and muffins are great. I would recommend staying here.

While the hotel itself is just ok, the staff are amazing. Everyone at the front desk is helpful and friendly. Barbara, the woman who prepares breakfast makes it the most important meal of the day. She is great to be around and the area is always clean and she is always willing to help out.

Stayed there last Friday night 4/7/2017. Called around 9am to see when we could check in. The gentleman on the phone said they wouldn't have any rooms available until after 4pm. We checked in after 4, went to our room. The bathroom was pretty dirty, dust bunnies etc on the floor. They only had 3 towels on the shelf. The shower curtain was barely hanging on by a small loose screw. I talked to the front desk girl about everything and she said she would let the manager know. No one contacted me, nothing was done. Pretty disappointed in the customer service here. I would not recommend staying at this particular location. It was way below the normal Hampton Inn satisfaction.
