Day Staff was wonderful. They really cater to you and make sure you’re having a wonderful stay. Night staff are just angry creatures. But overall great stay rooms were cleaned everyday and the breakfast was good 🙂

First of all, the Hotel Staff was PHENOMENAL! The Front Desk was welcoming, Helpful, Attentive and Accommodating. The Room was clean, the Bed comfortable and the ViewBREATHTAKING!! Thank you Marriott's Residence Inn, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great weekend at this Marriott. Our room was clean, cozy and spacious. Love the views of the water from every room. Hot breakfast was great too. I love the Passport bus that comes right to the hotel and takes you to all the main attractions downtown. No need to rent a car. Would definetly stay here again.

I stayed with my family on October 14. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. We had a gorgeous view of the water and the cruise ship we were leaving on the next morning. Breakfast was excellent, service was helpful! The pool and hot tub were nice and right by the water, with a lovely view on the other side. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay. We will definitely book here again for future cruises!

Great value for the price. Breath taking views. Love that you can walk to Hotel Maya from this property. Excellent choice for business or personal travel. In and out parking ok. No valet.

The room was excellent, spacious, with an incredibly comfortable bed! The hotel is isolated which is good because there's no noise or traffic, but a bit far from shops you might need. Free breakfast was pretty good!

As we all know traveling can be EXTREMELY exhausting and a bit frustrating, if you are ever in the area and need a very clean and comfortable place to stay with a staff that will go out of their way to accommodate you, this is the place. Rest assure that all those unexpected occurrences that always tend to pop up will be a NON FACTOR. RUBY MACIAS the Asst GM of this hotel is absolutely PHENOMENAL, she truly made me feel like she cared about my experience. Even down to the maintenance man EDDY, who brought alcohol wipes and personally sanitized all the remotes and switches in my room after overhearing about my daughters "phobias", the difference was that he really cared and genuinely had a GREAT attitude. Ruby, you run an AMAZING operation and you are truly a prime example of unparalleled class and professionalism. Marriott is very fortunate to have you.

The stay has been very nice. I wasn't sure about a boat ramp just outside the window, but it's been a pleasant surprise. The room is awesome, the bathroom is huge, and everything is very, very clean. The staff is very helpful and kind. They have gone out of their way to make sure everyone feels at home. Don't hesitate to stay here

It was top-notch, so was the view. Staff was very attentive and polite, personable and welcoming. The only issue was with the lobby waiting area, for some reason it was a lot warmer than the front desk area and seemed very humid as if the air conditioning was off. Not really an issue if you're not waiting there, but just wanted to point it out for full disclosure.

This was a very nice hotel that my wife brought me and our family to during a surprise birthday trip to the Long Beach Aquarium. It was so clean, and I'm not saying that just because I live in squalor. The staff was nice and attentive. The breakfast foods were well-stocked and fresh. The pool was clean and the view of the river from the pool was nice. The floor we were on was very quiet. I would stay here again if we're ever back in the area.

Having used the Marriott app to pre check in, we were greeted with cookies and our room keys all prepared in advance. Check in was instant, and our room was ready well ahead of normal check in time. The room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was convenient and generous. Checking out using the app meant we were able to carry our luggage straight to the car without ever stopping at the desk. The combination of the friendly staff, quality of this hotel, and convenience of using the Marriott app makes this an ideal place to stay and worth the confusing navigation of the side roads required to get to the property.

Great hotel, bad location. Situated among the loading docks at the port of Long Beach, this newish hotel has clean rooms and modern amenities with nothing else of interest in the immediate vicinity. Despite being geographically inconvenient to the attractions on the other side of the bridge, they charge a hefty $20/day for parking. Seems like they should be paying us for staying out in the boonies.

Nice location, great amenities. I stayed here for a few days and enjoyed the variety of food for breakfast and the hospitality in the evenings Mon, Tue, and Wed. Comfortable beds and an air conditioner that probably could have chilled 3 rooms, not just mine. Will definitely stay there again if work takes me back.

Wonderful hotel, especially if you're staying for a while. Full kitchen, with a stove, full sized fridge, cutlery and cooking accessories -- even a dishwasher! Delicious complimentary breakfast. Laundromats. A pool with a fantastic view. The staff are great. Everything is super clean. A free bus right outside to the long beach boardwalk, downtown, Catalina express ferry, etc. Great value, overall.

The rooms are well maintained and simply gorgeous. They hotel breakfast is amazing. They have social hours on Monday, Tuesday & some Wednesdays and it has been absolutely great! They know how to treat they guests here. Very friendly staff and a very beautiful hotel. I'm loving it here.
