Convenient location which you can walk shopping and having restaurants around. Front desks are nice and friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. I stay here every time during the business trip.

Very clean, Uniquely Quaint hotel in the middle of individual shopping stores such as CVS, Total Wine & Ashley Furniture, near the Laguna Hills Mall. Also right down the road from Laguna Woods Community. Conveniently located right off of the 405 and El Toro Road, which makes it a great rest stop between San Diego and LA. A good place for all ages. They do offer/include a breakfast buffet as well.

Nice hotel, worth travelling out of LA for a better area. Clean and tidy, well presented, good pool to relax after drive. Plus the breakfast was just right quality over quantity which so many American hotels get wrong!

Very average place that does the job. Clean enough and friendly enough service. Cost is the selling point and this has been my second stay at this location. If I should ever return to the area, I will stay here again if I'm on a budget.

Affordable, with a wonderful exterior. Nestled trellaces and gardens, it was much nicer than I expected for the price. Rooms are spacious and we'll decorated, though worn.

Clean and well maintained local hotel with pool, gym and free breakfast. Close to tons of restaurants and shopping plus the freeway. Laguna Beach a short drive away.
As for me and my family, we will return.

Great hotel with a nice garden and pool area. Not much noise from outside, great TV selection and friendly staff. Would stay again.

To start off, the staff at this hotel has an extremely bad attitude and should be considered nothing more than liars and thieves.
Charged the 380 dollar smoking fee without informing me upon checkout and with vastly unjust and frankly, illegal cause.

This place was absolutely filthy and the vast majority of rooms are not as updated as they appear online. Bedbugs galore and a dingy, dark room with dirty carpets and cheap paint.

The reservations manager is one of the rudest and least helpful employees I have dealt with at any business, hotel or otherwise. He is a foul mouthed extortionist and will not allow you to even have a conversation with him to resolve your issues.

Although marijuana is legal here and I was informed that smoking it on the premises is acceptable, they will still EXTORT money from you with an exorbitant 380 dollar smoking fee if you even possess it in your room, which is more than within the restrictions of the law. An employee by the name of Sergio verified that the room did not have an odor and yet they still put the charge through.

When attempting to deal with the matter, the manager refused to inquire about this with Sergio, then proceeded to be rude and hang up on me. The people running this establishment are untrustworthy and will take every penny they can from you. I would absolutely never stay here again and will be telling everyone I can to avoid it.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We spent five nights here while we visited the beach and Disneyland. The kids liked the pool. I thought the front desk staff was amazing. It was a fantastic stay. Breakfast was decent.

My friend stayed here and I was at another hotel but was over a log. The hotel was easily the nice of the two. Has a pretty garden out front and a pokestop if you play.

Friendly service, and very accommodating. This is a quaint little spot in a busy area of Laguna Hills. A lot has been put into making this hotel look rustic, which is a nice change of pace after a long day. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and with the exception of a little noise at night, a mostly restful sleep. If in the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Overall nice place to stay. Don't get a room by the road and fire dept, unless you can sleep through all the noise. The Breakfast could be better. Could use new carpeting or a good shampooing.

We stayed in one of the garden rooms which was nice. I like the location and the breakfast. Office was friendly and didn't seem to mind even though we checked in super late. Beds are a little soft for my taste, and there is a fire department really close, so we did hear the occasional siren. Didn't bother me though. All in all, a good value.

The staff is most helpful. The room is efficiently arranged. The breakfast is quick and plentiful, including hard boiled eggs. Rooms have a frig, microwave and coffee maker. Comfortable bed. The location is quick access to the 405 and walking distance to restaurants. Highly recommend!
