Rooms were clean, the shower head had NO pressure but that's alright, the bed was comfortable but I found the pillows to be a tad too stiff but that's okay. There's some food smells in the hotel due to guests using the kitchens that are in the rooms, so just be aware of that. Staff was nice and helpful, just don't be a dick to them and they'll be happy to help you it's that simple. Walking distance to Disneyland (.9 mile) so that's nice. It's a nice place to put your toothbrush brush.

We booked this room last minute after our visit to Disney from San Diego. I really thought this place was better, unfortunately we learned the hard way.
Hallways smelled like we were walking thru a flea market in New Delhi, I guess because rooms have a small kitchen were people can cook but it seems like there is no ventilation system or not working properly because you can smell food everywhere in the hotel.
Breakfast? They should not advertise that, is more like little snacks for the go, including the bland coffee.
Not to be ungrateful but I was just expecting what I was promised.
    Good luck.

Customer service was fantastic! Rooms here are very comfortable. Could use more fluffy pillows but this is a beautiful property with a shuttle to Disneyland.

Dirty toilet, clump of hair in the shower, no pillowcases on the pillows (we had to ask housekeeping for them). Missing most of the service you expect when you stay at a hotel. Room was nice enough, bed was comfortable, has a functional kitchenette (no oven).

Rooms are good and nicely furnished. But always issue with the keys getting blocked for no reasons and house keeping is once a week but not that good and always messes around. Once house keeping was not done on schedule. Have to complain 3 days straight to get house keeping done. The front desk person speak very politely but never take requests seriously and keep saying the other person forgot to leave note & can't help you. My colleague forgot his stuff in the room and I have to ask multiple times for staff to look for it and they took more than 3 days to just look and tell me if stuff is available or not. Overall stay is not so good and still staying in hopes to get some good experience.

This Hotel is great and is literally only a maximum of 5 blocks from Disneyland. This Hotel had curb appeal, nice rooms along with Staff. An ideal location to stay if attending Disneyland is anywhere in your future. This location is somewhat of a hub to the activity the City of Anaheim has to offer.

    To Whomever it may concern,

Hello I’d like to tell you about why I took this trip, California has always been a place where my family and I could be together, a place where we can leave our daily troubles. That’s what a vacation is, a vacation isn’t one where you have to be in your toes do to the rude staff. I’ve been a loyal customer for 18 years since this hotel opened. As a customer you’d expect a friendly face and good manners, nothing big. Yet that is not what I have received, my complaint is not towards the manager Russ, he is attentive and he is able to almost give you a sense of security, almost. My complaint is against the so called assistant manager Adrienne. She is a despot, I’ll mannered, belligerent, and vengeful woman. Her claim to making this hotel “better” is a fallacy. It’s gotten to a point where my family is threaten to go down to the front desk. Today it happened again, instead of helping us with a problem she passed us over to this man Eddy I believe. We asked (a big mistake) for help with the key, I understand that it’s policy to present I’d, we did that and he sends us up our merry way and the key doesn’t work. When we go down he looks at us mockingly saying “oh really?” “I wonder why it doesn’t work” looking at Adrienne with a mocking smile. Our first day she hunted us down demanding we leave the hotel. Screaming at us down the hall, it’s demeaning. I’m my opinion it was slander and defamation, claiming that my bank would not have the necessary funds. If I’m coming all the way from Texas to California I wouldn’t come without the funds. Your staff is completely disrespectful and it’s a total disgrace. Your company has just lost a loyal customer, which is a shame. I fear for all the other guests who come here, to be treated like a second rate citizen is completely unacceptable. They are unprofessional, uncivil, it’s completely out of the question. A hotel, that used to be or second home, it was our second home until this week. I hope you can find a resolution and I’d suggest for a quick response to your growing problem.

Room was pretty good. Comes with a full kitchen area with a nice starter package. Spoons, forks, bowls and the like. Free breakfast, though it's only oatmeal/muffins/granola bars. Close enough to Disneyland that walking is a perfectly fine option. No need to pay for parking.

    1. They did not guarantee me a non smoking room so i was forced (with no discount offered either) to stay in a smoking room with my son who has severe asthma. 2. No breakfast false advertisement. 3. Was told they have no housekeeping. 4. Came back from Disneyland and someone dug through My suitcases and STOLE everything. 5. Was assaulted by the front desk night employee named Patrick. 6. Filed a police report for both theft and assault. 7. Hired an attorney to fight for over $4k worth of items. 8. Found out Patrick gave me wrong phone numbers for the manager so he lied. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL! WARNING YOU NOW..SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

No hassle and very accomdating for a decent price. Can hear other guests if they are being loud but they do have quiet hours that seemed to be respected/enforced so sleep wasn't interrupted at all. The free wifi was very slow, slower than my phone's data, does have an option to pay for high speed but I didn't find it necessary. Was very clean and bed/chairs were as comfortable as expected. Would stay there again as long as the price remains economical. Definitely better than other hotels I've stayed at.

Don't go to this hotel very very dirty. The most disgusting hotel I have been seen. I sleep on used blanket and yallow darty pillows. We couldn't sleep that night. The reception guy sleep after 11 so if you check in late night you will wait for 30 minutes. I don't need to tell about the store of the bad breakfast. One start is too much.

Avoid this place like the plague. Except for the first floor, the rest of the floors smelled like cigarette, the receptionist is TOO casual with customers by calling me "honey". I submitted my review on social media and their general manager contacted me and said she was going to compensate for the less than pleasant experience that we had and now it's been four months and yet I have not received any type a response from her. I did not request the compensation. She was offering. The Continental breakfast is miniature muffins that are prepackaged from Food 4 Less and there was only one air freshener that was located on the first floor by the elevator but as soon as you leave the fourth floor every other floor smells like cigarettes. I even mentioned it to the general manager who I spoke with and she insisted that every floor had air freshener but I never saw one and we were on the fourth floor. Keep in mind, they indicated that pots and pans and cooking utensils are available but when we checked in there was nothing… NOTHING available. What was even more gross was there a bodily fluid invisible to the naked eye except I always brought my black light with me. There was also splatters of leftover residue all over the kitchen wall, invisible to the naked eye but not to the black light.

I must say this is under rated hotel, it deserves more. I been to many extended stay America hotel and this one is one of the best one. You have to tinge little polite because in end you are dealing with humans. I have no issues what so ever staying here. Non smoking room was good and no small. Over all it's good.
