It’s a really nice, and upbeat boutique hotel. The location is great. The hotel is in a really nice, and safe area away from all of the chaos. The staff is amazing. The rooms are upbeat, comfortable, and clean. I enjoyed staying here, and I will definitely be returning.

Breakfast fee $15 for not much breakfast choice. $18 for parking. No elevator so if you have heavy luggage it's a bit of a pain. It's close to Miami beach. That's the positive. Also rooms don't have much for garbage and hardly any plug ins. Internet didn't connect for me either.

Meh. It's a boutique hotel with no bellman, no parking lot, and no elevator. 😳 They try to make up for it with service. On top of the nightly rate, they have a $20 "resort" fee and $20 to park in one of 15 reserved spaces along side the hotel or at the metered parking behind the hotel (better than feeding quarters). Surprised the snobs in Bal Harbour haven't kicked them out yet. In extreme need of renovation. My Motel 6 AC unit isn't cooling off the room well at all. It is September.

The staff was really nice but overall the hotel is just okay. There is no valet so you pay 18 a day just to self park. No one to help you with your bags, no pool, no gym, not close to the beach, no views of anything, not even the street! The rooms were cool.. nothing amazing, nothing terrible, just okay. The best thing was having the free wifi but they charge 15 a night for that and continental breakfast so it’s not really “free”.

Great staff! A very nice place to get away from the busy tourists area, Bay Harbour Village is a very quiet place to lay your head.

Room was decorated nice but carpets were dirty, shower had mold, and couldn't get the hand held shower head to work.

Decent price if booked through third party app. Close to Bal Harbor Shops. Not very clean and our room smelled funny.

It is a 3 stars hotels. If you don't expect anything then this is your spot! Staff are amazing but this is not all you looking on your vacation hotel.
    No pool
    Limited breakfast
Room are vary old (and mine was a bit smelly)
    Internet (wifi) was horrible
Parking is OK with $18 a night

The staff is wonderful. The outside noise goes on well after 2am. It hard to get some sleep because of the resturant staff dumping the trash and the loud talking that is going on at the trach dumpsters. The room was alright but had it's issues as well. The person on the second floor walked all night long and the ceiling creeked every step he took. We were going to stay 3 nights but ended up staying only one night because of the first floor noise outside. If you plan on staying please getba second floor interior room and you may have luck in getting some rest.

It's a relative no frills hotel and was affordable for my stay. I was not on vacation, so you may be a little dispponted, but it isn't far from the beach. They also charge an 'urban' fee which is required. I think it is merely a way to make their rates seem cheaper than their competition online.
