The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were super clean and towels and beds were fresh and excellent condition. Breakfast was on time, plentiful and there was a good assortment of choices.

Good central location, clean rooms, internet was fast, breakfast was good (could've had more selections). Bed was a bit hard,but still ok. Good and very helpful staff. Good visit!

The price was inflated for the holiday weekend, so to me it was not worth it and I will probably think twice next time. Also, the price did not incluse tax. And I had to pay upon checkin, thinking I had booked and paid via the website. Overall, the hotel was nice and the location was a plus, considering this was a special visit.

Very clean and comfortable, and a short walk to the casino. For the price, it's a way better option than staying at the casino. We had some noisy neighbors but it's to be expected given everyone over there is gambling and having a good time. Breakfast provided was the normal sort of fare (fruit, pastries, etc.). The staff was extremely nice. Would definitely stay again next time.

I stay at holiday inns very frequent and I was not happy with my stay here. The staff was as nice as it could be, the hotel is another case. The signs says smoke free and the third floor smelled of nothing but smoke. 5 star employees 2 star hotel.

For an IHG property (and across from a very busy casino) I was not impressed w/ my room. The overall features of the property were good.
There were 3 let downs for this location (and I spend 150-175 nights a year in hotels.)
I requested an early check-in (normal time being 3pm) so I assumed 1pm would constitute early. It was too early according to the desk staff, and I would not be able to check in before 3pm because of the occupancy from the night before As a "Spire" member, I am not used to that type of reply. I understand (it happens, but if I can make a note in my profile to the hotel before I arrive, they can certainly emailed me a reply to inform me that the request could not be granted.
The AC doesn't have a thermostat, and so you rely on a gradient knob to set your comfort level. At 10pm it was great, but at 1am I think I was chilled to a level to age beef!!! Turning it "warmer" almost produced heat It really disrupted my sleep (or the lack of sleep)
My bathroom was showing some serious wear. Caulk was applied very messy and w/o care. And, I assure you the occupant below me was tired of me standing in the shower, because every motion caused the base to creak! And there is no fan in the bathroom to move air and reduce the steam in the room.
The property outside is well kept - And it served its purpose. I would stay again, but not have any great expectations. This property has been re-branded, but not reappointed.response / report this review -

Front desk staff was exceptional. The rooms are spacious and functional. Walking distance to the casino. Shower is high enough for tall people. Bed is okay but a little firm for me. Pillows are horrible. Everything else is great. Will stay here again for sure.

We had a short overnight stay, but beds were super comfortable, staff was extra nice @ 3 am, lobby, halls, room were very clean. Can't ask for much more !!!! Heard the had breakfast but we slept in! Oh yeah It was quiet too

The good news is that the front desk and everyone who works at the hotel is extra nice. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. BUT- free wifi has a very low signal, so hard to do anything online. If you have an ATT cell phone , there is ZERO coverage both in the hotel and parking lot/grounds. Front desk suggested I get Verizon- gee, that's easy to do when you are traveling, right??? Very disappointed that I can't use my laptop or cell phone.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, Parking was few in front which I did not like parking in back at night being 2 women alone. Breakfast was fair and the attendants were very friendly and helpful. Wish front desk personnel had been. It seemed we were an imposition when we had a question. Especially night shift,

Location was great. Went there to have fun at the casino. Price was better. We were able to walk to and from the casino. Our room was nice too although we didn't spend as much time in there.
