It is a very nice hotel. Very clean. The breakfast is awesome as you can get it to go if you don't have time to eat here. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

Our first room had a roach in it. They upgraded us to one level up not too fancy but when i asked for extra towels and toiletries they said i had to give them the used towels and didnt have any more toiletries. Even though i saw a whole drawer full of shaving cream, tooth brushes, combs you name it. We had car trouble so my bag of toiletries was left in it and when i called to front desk the lady asked why i didnt have anything i explained to her what was going on but she said all she had was 2 items. We went to the pool and there were bugs there too and it was freezing. When i brought it up to the manager he said it was warm. The only nice thing is the breakfast. Dont use the cheap soap either.

It was a great place. They where able to help us get a room quick and service was awesome. No complain at all. I'd recommend anyone to stay there. Beds are very comfortable and room are very clean.

Easy check-in,. Very accommodating or extra items needed. Nice early breakfast and easy access to restaurants. Great stay right off of I-20.

Aside from a single employee at the front desk, I have truly enjoyed my stay here. Hot showers, accommodating staff, and clean rooms! That one lady though really upset my mood though. But after careful consideration, her poor attitude towards me will not take effect on this submission.

Tried to book a wedding room block and after three weeks of calling and emailing I still never received a proposal . Finally decided to come in and speak to someone and was told they were doing an inspection and they couldn't help me at this time. I asked when he thought I would receive a proposal and more information and he said he did not know at this time I asked to see a room and he said they could not show me a room at this time they had too much going on maybe come back tomorrow . All I wanted from them was a timeline on when I was going to hear back from someone but I didn't even get that . I ended up going across the highway to Hampton Inn where they sent me a proposal six hours after speaking with them. Why would I want my wedding guest staying at a hotel where the customers do not matter.
