Great experience, lots of employees on hand to help. Just wish I could have given my rewards number at register to get my points. The clerk finished the sale so fast I didn't have time to pull up my rewards number on my phone. Oh well, guess it's good the lines moved fast!

So this is one of the very few places in the local area for shopping. I have shopped at a few Kohl's in my time but this one has a problem with staff. And what I mean by that is not that they are doing a terrible job, but it seems to be the lack of staff that makes this place kind of a pain.

Shoe section looks like a tornado hit it. Never can find anything there. Most sections are like this except jewelry that is staffed pretty well and doesn't look like utter chaos.

This store truly tops my charts and an overall positive shopping experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store seems to be quite clean and in decent order for this time of year!
I have crossed paths with the store's general manager at least twice over the last several months, and he always seems to be quite personable and willing to take time to talk to the average shopper. Keep up the good work Kohl's!

I was going to buy something yesterday but my coupon wasn't good until today. The cashier said it could be saved until today. When I got there today it had been cleared out. It was perfect I found another top but still unhappy. DON'T ever save anything at Pickerington Kohls.

I normally love shopping at this location however today, the store was a MESS! I was shopping for my two year old granddaughter and clothes were thrown everywhere, toyes in the middle of the floor, wrong prices on items..it was awful

Clean; WASPy atmosphere; sometimes have good deals/coupons/specials, otherwise a little overpriced. Personnel could use some training in manners and grace. Often rude.

I wish that associates spent more time doing recovery like they used to some years back. Shoppers leave most departments a gross mess, making it difficult to find the sizes you want. Associates are very helpful, however.

I like the store but the checkout lines were terrible today. Had to wait at least 15 or 20 minutes to buy two bras. Then one of the bar codes wouldn't scan (it was in the clearance). Our poor checkout person (Sara I believe) kept trying to get help from intimates but it took another 15 or so minutes to get a person from somewhere in the store. Their person had to call someone else to get the department codes to get the price in the computer. I used my Kohls Cash which was great but what a trial this was. Thanks. Linda

Oh my goodness!! This store is an absolute disaster! Seriously, every department looked like a tornado went through. I've never seen any store look this this, much less a Kohls. I couldn't find a manager to complain to so I'll be writing to corporate. and sending pictures. So disappointing!

Great selection, can almost always find the sizes I'm looking for. Employees are very friendly & most of the time I don't have a long wait in line. Prices are decent, but sales & promotions are wonderful!!

I would give less stars based on the store itself however most of the employees are nice. I did have one the other day tried to make me feel like I tried scamming with Kohls cash which made me pretty upset but another employee stood up for me. I can't find anything in this store it is like going to Marshall's or TJ Max where all the racks are hodge podge except those stores are organized somewhat. I don't shop at them because I want to look at racks of the same clothes on a rack with different sizes like Kohls usually is but not our Kohls our Kohls most of the areas are awful. I tripped in the store 2 times ago because of the clutter on the floors etc. Needed help finding a couple times and I was pointed to where to look. I already did. I interrupted 3 employees standing in a back corner gossiping about. None of the three could help me but had to call for someone else and no one else could help so one finally agreed to help me and what couldn't find anything either. Someone else had to and I found one item by myself. This store is in real need of organization. No one wants to help find things because it's such a disaster it's easier to say it should be that way. I used to see workers straightening up racks but haven't for a very long time. It's sad and customer service takes forever even for one item and lines are always long. Another weird thing maybe this is a misconception of mine but fitting rooms in woman's dept are those for women and the ones in the men's dept for men? I felt weird coming out of the fitting room and a man worker in there cleaning while I was undressing I mean that's more intimate than being on a toilet 🚽 thinking about taking my husband to the fitting rooms and bathrooms anymore.

I ordered clothes for my daughter online for in-store pick-up. When I was on my way to pick up the items, I was able to let them know by using the link provided in my email notice. When I went to the service desk, I didn't have a wait time because my items were waiting for me.

Everyone is very nice and friendly. They always have what I'm looking for. They have a wide variety from juniors, women's, shoes, kids, bedroom, bathrooms, kitchen.
