Gwinnett County needs to get over itself. There should never be a charge for any parking inside of Gwinnett County.

I have family here who were placed here by a drunk driver driving in the wrong direction. Uninsured of course. We now have to raise several thousands of dollars to cover medical bills but first we must pay Gwinnett Medical for daily parking visits. Thank you Gwinnett Medical!

I have never been to a worse hospital. They show no concern or care for patients. I wanted well over 3 hours without being seen, left and went to Northside Hospital where I was sent back to a room within 10 minutes of being there. If you can control it, don’t go to Gwinnett Medical. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Great service, great people. Being at a hospital/medical center is not always the most fun thing. As a pastor, I make quite a number of visitations here. Each time, the staff members have been incredibly friendly and eager to help. The chaplain staff here is amazing as well!
If I needed medical treatment, I’d want to receive it from people here for sure!

Less than mediocre service. Went to this ER 3 times and they still didn't get it right. The right side of my large intestine fell into my pelvis area in march. I told them I could feel it moving up and down inside me, but they considered it normal. Through time the left side fell. Your large intestines have ligaments holding it up, it isn't supposed to prolapse. My symptoms got worse and worse. And now they have changed. My sacral spine hurts, my rectum is going numb and now I'm urinating like crazy. My entire pelvis hurts now for the last 3 weeks. They fail to realize that misinterpretation of images is malpractice. I went there recently and they tried to treat me for symptoms I had 9 months ago and paid no attention to the symptoms I have now. They didn't even right down the correct symptoms for the radiologist. Their doctors are very dumb and lack knowledge of anatomy and physiology. The ER doctor even lied to me and told me that the radiologist that does the barium swallows was absent. I really needed it because my stomach is hanging entirely on my left side. Due to my abdominal prolapse I have nerve compression and damage in my pelvic floor. I am seeing a neurologist next week to confirm this. 3rd leading cause of death in the united states is medical errors. Now I see why.

My mother, unfortunately, had to spend some time at this facility on several occasions. I even had my gallbladder removed here. All of the doctors I have met with (my mother's doctors and my own) have been absolutely fabulous. They don't make you feel rushed, they take time to listen, and go above and beyond to provide top tier care. The nurses (and I have met many here) are positively wonderful. I haven't had a single negative experience. Everyone from the wonderful ladies at the help desk all the way to their cardio thoracic surgeons have been amazing. I won't go anywhere else if I can help it.

This hospital disappoints me every single time! My mom has had surgery here numerous of times and it's amazing to see that the nurses here suck. They are very rude and not helpful at all when it comes to assisting patients. Yes, technicians mainly do the helping and in which you never see them either. None of my family members were here when my moms dinner arrived and when I came in she told me how the nurse or technician didn't help move the tray closer to her and that she had to feed herself in which she couldn'twhat kind of service is that? Then you get slapped with the hospital bill. I mainly did all the work in helping my mom get what she needed because the nurse failed to do her part. Must be nice to get paid to do nothing. I don't recommend this hospital at alland on top of that they need to think about rehiring people and people who can also speak clear English and understand English.

After you spend 7+ hours in the waiting room just to be seen by a nurse and Dr for a total of maybe 30 minutes they send you bills. My case I have no medical insurance. They say apply for financial aid which they make almost impossible for you to get granted and when you do they only help with very minimal portions of your bill. I have a bill a little over $8,000 and I'm calling AND BEGGING to make a payment in good faith. But they won't accept it because I can't pay the amount they want. They keep threatening me to send my bill into collections and I've tried and been transferred to quite a few people. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. They're disgusting to treat there patients like this and this isn't the first time I've heard about them doing this to their patients.

There is a consistent criminal lack of transparency, especially in terms of inflated pricing. We need to come together against their radical price gouging. I'm certain if people were aware of their intent, they would definitely find another place to seek care. How low to prey on the infirm!

My son had surgery there and stayed for 4 nights after. All but one of the nurses was excellent with a special shout-out to a nurse named Reena. She was very sweet, but stern and she really knew what she was doing and she genuinely cared about my son's wellbeing. The room was very nice and clean and looked brand new. The only disappointment was a PA named Michael Brockett who had an attitude from the minute he walked in our room and he seemed proud to be an ass. I am a very easy going person and can handle just about anyone (who's negative), but he managed to strike a nerve with me and my son. If that is his typical bedside manner, the hospital would be doing all of us a great service to part ways with him immediately.

Do not come to this hospital I have waited over 4 hrs in waiting room while my wife who is in pain is in a room and told that no visitors are allowed . Then maybe you should have that room so full . This is the worst ER we have ever been too. Will not recommended or return these people are in medical uncaring in fallow up I sent an email to there care manger the very same one they responded with and received no response this place is the absolute worst place you can go to . you are better off going to Wal-Mart and just walking up to any person in or around the pharmacy department don't worry they don't have to work there as long as there in that department you will get the same service you get from Gwinnett medical in Lawrenceville

4 Hours of waiting time before I was seen by the doctor -with the fever of 104 F..
No Blankets provided-because it can raise the temperature????
Paid for getting the prescription $511.00 since I was the patient without insurance..
Very disappointed with the Emergency room at this location.
If you need urgent care, I would go to Urgent clinics in Gwinnett and pick the one with the best reviews.
You will have the benefits of seeing the doctor within 30 min or less, getting the prescription , x-rays and etc for the fraction of the price.
But most importantly , you would be on the way home within an hour max.Hospital systems in my opinion, need to restructure the amount they charge people without insurance, or otherwise they will be w/o the clients.

Stay away! I was missed diagnosed by Gwinnett medical. I lived with this diagnosis for a whole 2 months because I trusted the doctors and nurses who took care of me while I was in the hospital for 2 weeks. Let's just say an attorney is contacted and we will be moving forward with medical malpractice. Its a wonderful thing to have a phone with a camera button to record. If you care enough for your loved one stay away from Gwinnett medical.

Before this visit I was a chiropractic virgin. I can't really say that I've had someone mess around with my bones before, so I was a little apprehensive.

The appointment making process was really easy. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very patient with me and willing to work with my overly hectic work and school schedule. A+ on that.

The office itself is situated in an unassuming beige stucco building, and also has a medical clinic attached (which I feel like is a plus.) Again, the receptionist was very sweet and told me what to fill out on my "new patient" forms. The wait was actually pretty nice. My appointment was at 4:15 and I was seen at 4:16. Not bad compared to other medical centers I've been to.

My almost 84 year old mother had surgery there last Monday. The doctors and nurses were excellent. However, this is not true of physical therapy and most especially not true of the "social workers". I've come to the understanding that these "social workers" are not in any way patient advocates, but instead function as the hospital's bouncers - getting rid of the patients for whom they cannot suck any more money out of, not even bothering to make a simple referral that would greatly benefit the quality of life for the patient - such as occupational PT or home health services.
