Good, inventive cocktails and solid food. The cocktails are also a couple of dollars less expensive than comparable drinks in comparable bars around town.

Friendly, cozy, not upscale but pretty nice. Alcohol is cheap! especially cocktails for 7-8 dollars is a rare find around here. Oh yeah, desserts were very good, we shared the pumpkin cake, the chocolate mousse and the apple crispall come with a scoop of ice cream on the top, and they were all outstanding. I am not a desert lover, but still admit. But yes, unlike alcohol, food is not particularly inexpensive here.

I wasn’t as impressed with the cocktail menu as I thought I’d be based on reviews and this place’s inclusion on a couple top 10 lists for the area, although the coffee-infused bourbon cocktail was pretty tasty. My friends said their beers weren’t great, and the draft selection wasn’t very extensive.

Great coctktails! If you need more options, don't hesitate to ask for the full cocktail list. Loads of options with great bartenders to sling them for you.

Kinda sketchy from the outside, much nicer on the inside That being said, they really messed up my steak ($30 steak) but they quickly fired up a new one that was much better. The cocktails were okay, nothing special

We usually head here for the cocktails and freshly made potato chips. Their entrees are also delicious (the roasted chicken is the hidden gem on the menu) although my wife is a little sad that the tres leches is off the menu for the season.

This is a great place, but it's really about the drinks. Food is good, often very good, but portions vary a lot. It gets crowded, and that can slow things down, but the drink list is unparalleled.

Still the best and cheapest place to get cocktails in the whole city. Unpretentious vibe with all the classics you can imagine on the big menu. Food is pretty good too, so come for the bar food and stay for the drinks. Also the people, can't forget them! The whole crew is super nice and welcoming and clearly a tight bunch. Always a good sign. Shouts to Emily for the hospitality

This place is awesome. Don't judge it by looks from the exterior, this is a hidden gem. Every time I'm in Boston, I try to visit this location for variety of drinks and gastronomy needs. As the night progressed, the waiter managed to insult me and my date, by no means we're the pretentious type, my date was in tears. The food is still amazing and I'm hoping to come back again without this individual present.

My favorite Central Square haunt. Record player on the bar spins classics with out the pretentiousness. High quality kitchen turns out excellent fare. Consistently friendly bartenders. Nice rotation of drafts. Only bar I've been in with a skylight, great for early happy hours that get lost into the evening.
