  I just Silvertone the portions are good and the food is delicious. I took my daughter here last week on a lunch date she got the mussles and the cajun shrimp pasta (she enjoyed it). I got the steak tips, mashed and greens. For the most part this is my go to meal and everytime no complaints. The best part is we both had left overs for dinner

  If you're visiting or new to the city, it's a must, in my opinion. Locals that don't know about the place probably shouldn't go here unless a friend invites you. Really different feel from any Boston bar I've been in. Haven't had the food here after 12 years but I hear it's good. #donteatwhereyoudrink

  The food is good, but cant say the same about drinks. There are so many places in downtown anyway that is hard to have a great experience everywhere. My bill got messed up but the problem was resolved very easily.

  Best veggie burger I've ever had! Food was good and reasonably priced. Nice atmosphere. Staff wasn't the most attentive, but that may have been because we were sitting in the bar area.

  We stopped in for a few drinks. It is located underground and we found it just walking around downtown Boston. The service is amazing. We didn't eat but the food smelled amazing. I wish we could have went back again for food but we left early. I would send anyone to this place. It's a dive bar with an edgy feel.

  Great bar and fantastic food. Had the Rib Eye and it was prefect. Highly recommend, but you may need to wait a bit.

  Cozy little place, good food and great atmosphere. The chili in particular was absolutely fantastic, and my companion had nothing but good things to say about their clam chowder. We were caught offguard a little bit when our server did a 20% auto-gratuity for a party of 2, both of whom ordered appetizers + entrees.

  Good food, good location and decent options. Not sure the place is handicap accessible, but I didn't see a way to get downstairs other than stairs. Service was excellent, but the place gets VERY noisy during lunch to the point it's hard to hear the person across the table from you.

  The bar serves hard alcohol as well as beer and wine. The food was disappointing. My burger was undercooked and the pasta dish was less than average. Extremely underwhelming for the hype and ratings on yelp. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great place for drinks, not ideal for food. Lastly there was a very unpleasant smell throughout the bar. A combination of spilled alcohol, dirty floors/ wet carpets and musty basement. A little cleanliness and ventilation would help make the experience better. However its a bar, so if you're looking for a drink and good music, no complaints.

  Great spot for an inexpensive dinner. The Caesar salad was perfection - not mayonnaise. Lobster tacos - yes please!

  The staff here are absolutely amazing! Oscar, Joe and Billy are always on their game. If you want a fun experience and a great underground atmosphere, then Silvertone is your place!

  This restaurant provides a cozy place to enjoy some good food at a reasonable price.
  Having quite an appetite, we ordered 3 appetizers including a taco special followed by an entree each.
  Surprisingly the appetizers and tacos were unimpressive while the entrees amazed.
  I highly recommend the steak tips which were flavorful and cooked to perfection.
