Beautiful resort and hotel. Very well-maintained room. The bed was awesome. 65 inch flat screen TV. Awesome pool. What's there to complain about? Room service response bit late in the night!

Upscale restaurant with friendly servers and great service. The have a really nice wine list. Nice place for a date. The steak is fantastic. The deserts are amazing.

Celebrated friends birthday. The beds and pillows are amazing! No real use able fridge. Glad we brought our cooler. Bell hop n valet are very fast and friendly. We had a two queen suite and had plenty of room!

Love love love. I almost want to pinch myself to remind myself it's real, IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL HERE! The staff (for the most part) is amazingly attentive. The guys at the door are respectful and nice. The girls who cleaned my room were sweet and efficient. I even heard one of the guys vacuuming, singing in Spanish and it was awesome! !
I did call last night to the front desk inquiring about a box fan (I can't sleep without one!) she assured me she'd call right back to let me know, and never did I kinda knew she wouldn't just by her tone, - dismissive. That was a disappointment so I'd say to the hotel management to mind the girls at the front desk.
Other than that though, amazing Experience! I would definitely recommend. :)response / report this review -

My wife and I visited here for dinner with my mom and step-father. We stopped in for drinks at the bar. The bar area has very friendly bartenders. We had drinks that were good, and expensive as most drinks are around here. The barfood menu seemed good, but we planned on sitting down at the restaurant. The restaurant was delicious. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare, as I ordered. The sauce was excellent. They served my wife the wrong entree. This happens frequently to us at this restaurant. The replacement came out quickly. The problem is that the lamb was clearly rushed. My mother had ordered the lamb and it came out with a perfect sear and internal temperature. My wife's replacement lamb had one nicely cooked piece, and another piece of lamb that was not seared properly. The desserts were also delicious. It's worth sticking around and ordering any of their desserts, we've never had a bad experience with them. Overall, this restaurant is excellent. It's definitely one of the nicer higher end places to dine in this area. It's worth checking out, I plan on returning soon!

Beautiful hotel with a very artistic touch. Its very clean. The beds are very soft and the food within the hotel is delicious. I found the receptionists to be outstanding and same with the bellman. I stayed during Hurricane Irma and this place was a great second home.

The hotel has a unique flair, with warm colors and dark fixtures throughout. Staff are very nice and helpful and the valet men always have a smile on their faces and are prompt. I really enjoy the text valet program they have set up where they will retreive your car so you do not have to wait. The pool area is small and could use a good power washing, but the gym is well stocked with necessary exercise machines and equipment.

This is my first time staying at the Grand Bohemian Hotel. The night before I checked in, I had a conversation with Elizabeth, the Assistant Beverage Manager who went above and beyond to make sure my stay would be an enjoyable one. From the time that
my husband and I arrived, everyone was on alert to greet us. All of our needs were met. The Lead Server Garrett was excellent and professional. The entire staff was amazing under such great leadership. Elizabeth, you are an exceptional leader and look forward to my upcoming birthday celebration next month! A 5 star rating is clearly not enough. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who want to get away and not have to worry about anything!response / report this review -

Stayed here when I was in Orlando for a week. Very nice rooms. Very clean and and good service.
I really loved the down town location which suited my purposes extremely well.
They also serve a really nice brunch on Sundays in the restaurant.

I went to the sunday jazz brunch with family. The food, decor and music was absolutely fantastic. The servers and action station cooks are very polite and excellent at their jobs, and the art gallery next to the restaurant is very interesting.

Had a party of 5 for brunch. It was amazing until the end. Great great food. Great ambiance. But it took us 45 minutes to get the check and pay it out. Really killed what was a great vibe as we went from being blown away happy to really annoyed as our server just disappeared for long stretches.

The waitress was unorganized and unprofessional. I couldn't even tell you her name from the introduction she made to the table. Usually I ask if I don't hear one, but she didn't even approach me for my order. When asked if she would bring another menu to the table of 10, she said there's one Right there , the 1 of 2 that we had. I asked a different server who brought the drinks over who in turn just gave the waitress my order. Another 10mins later I walk up to the bar to retrieve my own drink. At the end of the night she asked who's beer it was, and brought the check to my back. When I handed it to her to pay she brought it back and left it behind my back again with no good bye words of thank you for coming or have a good night. I let the manager know she was doing a great job picking up the slack considering I saw her take our checks, bus a table, and the an order at the bar after the rush was gone. She didn't appreciate the compliment and instead still praised her staff for being great. My whole table explained their reasons besides mine for why the staff was incompetent. Her reply was "did she get the checks right though" as if she only needs her waitresses to understand how a computer works. I've worked restaurant industry for many years and this was the worst service and management I've seen. You actually want customers back, not continue to push them away.

Fairly standard seating, flexible tables and chairs along outside of room, some booths. But this place earns it stars with service and the terrific food. They discount substantially until 6:30 for Happy Hour, so go in time if you can, quite a bargain.
