This hotel is very homey. Friendly staff very helpful and focused on making their guests feel at home. I loved the included breakfast which is cooked to order, not off a soggy buffet line.

The hotel room was clean and all of the amenities, such as the microwave, worked well. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and hospitable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very unpleasant stay. The room wasn’t even ready when we checked in (45 minutes after the designated check-in time.) Once we stepped into the room, it smelled moldy and wasn’t well-ventilated at all. We found debris (including old piercing) on the floor, suggesting the room wasn’t even properly cleaned. The place is prone to a high level of noise and doesn’t appear to be the most optimal place for comfortable stay. I found the price I paid for the room to be absurdly too expensive for its quality. Overall very disappointing experience.

Rooms were nice and clean. Service was excellent. Location is near enough to downtown so rates of the room make up for any uber rides downtown.

Big rooms, needs updating. Two of towels had grease on them. Toilet ran for a long period of time. Closets are just a couple pieces of wood up against the wall. Service desk rep not very friendly and rude. My company paid for this! Sad

Got into our room and there was plastic covering everywhere and a ladder. Clearly some work being done. They gave us another room and comped one more night free. So that was cool. But the new room has a serious urine smell. We dealt it. The pool closes early so don't plan on swimming late. During the two days we were there, our room was never cleaned. Same towels, filled trash bin, all that. I got a rollaway bed which was 11 bucks. When it got to the room though, it had some serious stains on the pillow. I used one from the bed. Two stars.

It feels like to be at home when I stay in best western hotels. The staff are so kind and caring. The facility is well equipped with whatever you may need. even Ironing , microwave, and coffee maker is addition to other stuff that every hotel offers with their rooms. The price is reasonable. I definitely would recommend it.

I loved my stay here! The staff did such a wonderful job taking care of all the metalica concert goers! Breakfast was free and cooked to order, the waitress and the cook were great! The bar and the bartender were great and drinks were affordable. The manager (I think that was his job) truly seemed to want you to enjoy your stay. These 4 people work so hard for u to enjoy yourself. Budget friendly, free breakfast, nice pool, small comfortable bar, perfect location to camping world stadium. Plus shuttles to and from, but we walked back. Had a great time, and met many great people.

Everything was clean. Great service from everyone too. The free breakfast from 7am-10am was worth the stay alone. Haha. One of the best hotel stays in Orlando I've had by far.

Restful night before an early morning business meeting.
Clean and comfortable -- whisper quiet A/C . a must in FLA.
Really good coffee at breakfast. Friendly staff.

Overall a good experience. Was a little concerned when I first pulled up. But after getting past the outside and the lobby the gust rooms were pretty nice. It seems to be clean and updated. I did not have time to try out the breakfast or any other amenities due to my short stay.

Room 233: Would like a small table on balcony with the two chairs. One of the soda vending machines did not give back correct change. Put in $2 for a $1.50 bottle of water and got $0.25 back. Then put in another $1 bill and tried to use our dimes and nickels to get another bottle of water and it wouldn't take the coins, so we pushed the change return and it only gave us $0.50 of our $1 back. Other than that, our visit was pleasant.

My wife and I stayed there last night and we enjoyed our stay. The room (223) looked as though it was recently remodeled and it was nice. The only issue we had was the microwave in our room was broken. (Not that big of a deal) but my wife was a little upset that she couldn't have her microwave popcorn. Aside from that we had a pleasant stay. The guy at the front desk (I can't remember his name) was nice and book in was quick and easy. For the price in Orlando it was worth it and we will be back a couple more times within the next two weeks while we are working at the fair. Would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area that needs a nice room for a nice price.
