Came in for a drop in eyebrow waxing and wasn’t expecting anything good but they did an amazing job! One of the best waxings i’ve gotten in a long time, even at my usually 5-star place. Thanks :)

Kelly was AWESOME! I came in a little late yet she never rushed me or seemed upset. She did a fantastic pedi. Loved chatting with her. I will def go back to this nail salon again to see her

This is the only nail salon I will ever go to again. They are excellently trained and are very patient and kind. They are also trendy and have skills on chrome Polish, SNS, and more.
Every time I have been, my manicure has lasted up to or more than two weeks. Last time it went almost 3 weeks without chipping. Tammy, Michelle, and Kelly are the best.
They also do very good waxing. The woman with short hair will treat your eyebrows like gold.
I don't typically write reviews but they really deserve it. They are also very patient and kind if you go back with a chip.
The salon itself it is super relaxed. You can talk if you feel like it, or just chill out.response / report this review -

They do excellent work. I've never had a nail break. Always friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

If I could give this place a 0 i would! Went in on a sunday afternoon at 2pm for a gel manicure. As i sat thru the mani I noticed how awful the surroundings were! Dirty, dusty and cluttered!!!
Tammy, the tech, was on her cell phone more than half the time!! Told her multiple times what I wanted and she agreed. Never happened. Gel was goopy, not cured and to boot she cut me, BAD!!! "You put neosporin when you go home you be better." What?! Are you a doctor? Don't give me medical advice.
I was paying and she ran my cc for 20 more than she told me. When i questioned her she said "you got sparkle on two finger thats more and gel." What!? I couldnt high tail it out fast enough.
I got home, was washing up and noticed the gel never cured!!! So sticky and gross. Oh, and the cut was awful!! that blue crap they put on to stop the bleeding, once it was washed off.. truth be told! I endured the pain for a few hours after being home and then had to soak the manicure off!!! In acetone, with a gash in my finger!!! My bf was confused.. he said you just got them done.
I called monday at 10a to speak with a manager.. the reply " he will be in at 1 you call back." Called back, new person answers, "no manager today she be here Wednesday 2pm."
I called tuesday at 12p asked to speak with manager. "He will be in at 2p." I asked his name, the person put the phone down and asked in another language. She replied to me "Michelle is the manager today." She assured me she would call me back. 1:15 Tuesday michelle calls me back. Explained to her what happened. She was horrid! Horrid! Yelling at me why i didnt come back to be evaluated? I'm sorry, are you a doctor? You messed up my nails and cut me! She asked me to come in so she could see. I said why.. she said so we can send to her doctor to review if i am ok. What?! No. If i am coming in i want a refund. I want a refund either way. SHE LAUGHED AT ME! No, i no give you refund. You didnt come back in that day. I said how could I? You closed at 6p and the nails had to be dissolved off! It hurt so bad.
Now, im no dummy i have had enough gel manis to know they shouldnt hurt!!!
Ok so i told her I would file a complaint with the baord of health and she could pay their fines rather than my refund. She said that's fine, i have my lawyer handle.
Are you kidding me? This is customer service???
It's rediculous. How simon mall lets them rent space is beyond me.
I recc no one to go there.. unless you want an infected finger, headache and a bogus charge on your account. This gives "local business" who go above, beyone and sometimes without, so their customers are 100% happy, a bad name.response / report this review -

I went here last year while in the mall visiting my son and it was definitely not quality work. Now, my son took his bride to be to have her nails done before the wedding and they destroyed her nails. They went back numerous times to have them fixed but it got worse. So when they asked for a refund it was a SCENE. Being young and not knowing quite how to handle it, they agreed to have the nails cut off (insisted from the management) and what they did to my poor daughter-in-laws hands is despicable. They did this out of spite because of their shotty work to begin with. I am furious. When I am out there you bet your money, I will be in to chew them a new one. Disgusting and unprofessional!

I went here tonight for a full set, i called ahead to find out how much that would cost. They told me $32 over the phone. When I got there I explained that I wanted almond shaped nails they told me again $32 then they started arguing amongst themselves about whether or not it was $32 or 40 because the shape is different meanwhile they Had already had the acrylic nails on me so I said 32 right because I wouldn't have agreed to 40 and they would not honor that And made me pay $35 when I was told numerous times that it would only cost 32 won't be going back here.
