  Great location, amazing service, luxurious rooms, kind service, clean, awesome view. From arrival to check out, staff was always smiling. At the pool at the beach at the restaurant. All was great! Will be returning.

  Beautiful view from such a nice deck. The sound of the waves crashing was wonderful as well. Too bad we couldn't enjoy do to neighbors enjoying cigarettes on theirs. I wafted into the whole room. Gross! Perhaps some signage and stricter enforcement is needed.

  The best Hotel! I love everything about it! The staff is amazing and friendly.From desk check , valet, house keeping, wait staff!
  Room service is quick. Rooms are clean! I cant say any more. I was very leary about staying here bc of some reviews.People only seem to give bad reviews when something radom happens. Trust me on this! Try the salon if you have time for a mani!

  Was excited to bring my family. We had to save up for a year for one night. Everyone looked down on us the whole time and made us feel very uncomfortable.
  
  Dress code was very discriminatory.
  
  Food was incredible, reminded me of waffle house back home.

  Place is a joke. Avoid at all costswith an emphasis on all costs. Restaurant is sub par although they charge as if were 4 star. $25 charge if you take your towels from the pool to your room??? Guess that says a lot of how they view their clientele. Take me off that list. We will visit Miami again just not this dump.

  Visited realty business at the trump international building. Valet service and reception are super friendly. Lobby area is comfy.

  The hotel doesn't live up to expectations and is in need of modernisation and upgrade. Plumbing in the room broken (shower head falling out from the hose, hot water tap is not working). Had to call services twice to get it fixed. Some members of staff don't speak English. The beach towels are being picked up at 6 pm. If you want to enjoy the beach afterwards, remember to bring your own towels. The best thing about this hotel is location in the front row and direct access to the beach.

  The rooms are ok, not as classy as I thought compared with the rest of the hotel. Downside to the room no free water at at. Upside free coffee. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is typical beach front hotel, not a lot going on around it.

  I've seen better in third world countries. The first suite smelt of urine, which we later found out was occupied by a famous rock star who is known to urinate on groupies, distasteful interior design, beds were uncomfortable, and the food was next to the like of a pub. I will not be staying in any more of these establishments.

  Expectations were shattered. For a President who encourages others to hire Americans, there was not a one on the staff at this hotel carrying his name. The concierge was from Brazil, the staff all from either Venezuela or Jamaica. The hotel badly needs repairs - holes in the cauking on the bathtub, the sun unbrellas didn't work. All I can say is that the pillows were nice and the view also. Sad.

  Horrible horrible experience, over 2500 dollars in belongings were stolen from our hotel room including Louie Vuitton purse!
  Spoke with both assistant and manager and they just said they couldn't do anything about it.
  No refund no credit nothing. Definitely do not recommend.
