Randomly got upgraded to a suite upon arrival, very nice. Room is huge! The hotel is surprisingly not busy this time of year, which is super nice and relaxing. The spa and massage experience was pretty good. In fact, they let you use the spa area even if you don't buy a treatment. Very close walk to the beach, which is quite nice. Also pretty close walks to some other nearby restaurants, the Galleria Mall, Starbucks, and Publix. Some of the decor in the room is aging, though, and the WiFi speeds leave something to be desired (difficult to stream YouTube or Netflix videos). It would be nice to include breakfast! Overall, a pretty good choice.

This hotel lacks finesse that one would expect from a 4 star hotel. The "hospitality" is subpar, from the front desk to housekeeping. The first room I was offered had a mildew stench. As did the second room. After the refusing to take either room, we were offered the grand suite. It was very acceptable. Nice and spacious, right off the pool. This was nice however other guest felt free to use the lounge chairs allocated for our suite so the "exclusivity" of the gesture wasn't as appealing.
The housekeeping staff is really poor. I had to request service repeatedly, and when the service was completed, it was still half ass. From what I was told they use an agency for the housekeeping, and most of the employees could care less about quality.
The front desk is a complete mess. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
On a more recent visit, my mother stayed and I made arrangements to extend her stay and pay for spa services. By the end of her checkout I was charged for the entire trip, extra amenites, parking and taxes, despite the repeated communication. After several attempts to rectify the situation, I never got a call back from management, specifically JANET and ALEX. After speaking to the billing department I was rerouted to a manager who again never returned my calls.
I will never stay here again. The location is beautiful. The rooms are ok, definitely overpriced.
Overall spend your money elsewhere on Fort Lauderdale Beachlike the W or the Hilton which is less expensive with better customer service from the bellhop to the housekeeper.

Didn't stay, just enjoyed the brunch. It has a nice selection, nicely presented on the buffets, and on the included a la carte menu. Reasonably priced at $40. Nice porch overlooking the beach. Attentive staff. Forgot to snap a photo of my entree, because I was too eager to eat it.

Always enjoy staying here for a day or the weekend. Spa is very well kept and relaxing. Love going in the jacuzzi inside and just relaxing. The rooms are very nice and clean. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Had some trouble connecting to the internet and they fixed the issue right away for me. Had clean sheets every morning and room service is always amazing. Will be back again soon!

Room 1207, we left behind 2 beach chairs and umbrella in the hall closet so the next guests don't have to spend $45/day to the city for rentals. Solid 4 star property with potential to be even better. Convenient location to beach and many restaurants/bars. Rooms and common areas look recently renovated. Pool area could benefit from potted palms, bar could use some dark wood ceiling fans, pool lounge chairs showing a little mildew. Service has been good. Would stay here again.

Room was prepaid but when we arrived had to give credit card for them to hold 310.00 dollars in case we charged room service. Website says free parking if you live in FL and we do. Then check out time they tell me free parking only if you booked through them and not not someone else. So, I got charged 188.75 for parking which I was not expecting and they charged for one extra night parking and 33.00 instead of 25.00 that the website said. Nice place but I would not stay there again.

I have not yet entered my room but I have already been bombarded by $100+ of fees including TOILET PAPER and valet parking. We are paying a lot of money for a room and we get this. Check in time was at 4, it was about 20 minutes late to have the room being ready. We booked through VRBO because it was cheaper. What a mistake I made The service is pretty good but some employees including the person doing valet was very rude.

We recently stayed here for a couple of days after we got married. Our room was very spacious, very clean, and had awesome views from the balcony! Food and drinks are a bit pricey, but you can't beat the views from the room and big bathrooms are a plus! Pool is very nice as well!

Me and my family just came back from an absolutely amazing Vacation from Florida.We stayed in various hotels since it was a 4 week long trip. The only hotel we were disappointed with is the Atlantic,fort lauderdale.We stayed in the suite ,the check in was smooth ,the front dest is friendly ,Jerome at the concierge was very helpful. I think the hotel has a non existent house keeping department.The suite is carpeted but the areas like the bathroom and the walkway have marble flooring ,which i think have never been mopped.The balcony was filthy. My kids slept on the sofa bed, on day 1 the bed wasnt made even after a request ,the quilt was left without a cover on a chair ,i think they expect the guests to take care of the housekeeping services.Our stay lasted 5 nights ,and i had to call to ask them to make the bed every single night ,by the end of it i had to cover the quilt and make the bed.The location is very good ,but the hotel needs a major overhaul on the inside ,the hotel website is very impressive but the inside is very dull , the walkways leading to the room are dark and stuffy . The restaurant had a nice vibe ,the valet service is efficient and the lobby staff friendly .The housekeeping is an extremely sore spot and takes away from the rest of the experience.

Beautiful hotel. Stayed in the most spacious king suite I've ever seen. The pool overlooking the beach and ocean is a real treat. Top-notch service and the spa area is high-end.

I brought my office staff here for a day and our servers Eric Henry and Rachel were amazing. Latoya in the office was also very helpful. We keep coming back. Also the folks in he spa were great and even Adam the towel guy went way above and beyond. Their staff is excellent.
