The room was clean and orderly, and the breakfast was like most free breakfasts at hotels- not amazing, not horrible. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the WiFi was pretty bad. Tl;dr: What you expect is mostly correct.

Clean, well-made room is what I cannot expect more. Complementary breakfast includes hot sausage, pankakes, and eggs. Quiet enough to take deep sleep, tub and shower worked just fine. I will take this hotel again for my business stay in Pasadena.

Nice clean hotel. Staff was friendly and the complimentary breakfast was one of the better ones I've had in a while (nothing beats Embassy Suites). Room was very spacious.

The hotel itself was nice enough. The rooms were comfortable and large. There wasn't enough lights in all areas and you had to turn each light on and off individually which got annoying There was a small gym, however you had to go outside to get to it. There was a decent free breakfast which had a good selection of hot items.

I go to a lot of Holiday Inns around the world. This one unfortunately is one of the poorest. 2 queen room that really is 2 twin bed room. No fridge, really small. Only one chair that is primarily used for the in room desk. If you don't mind sitting on the bed your good. Always clean like the rest. Really nice staff like the rest.

This was a great hotel. It was a little pricey for 2 nights, especially w/no restaurant. Otherwise, it would be a 5. Pool is nice and very clean, uses salt not chlorine. Rooms are comfy. Staff is very polite. Breakfast is good and healthy. Great experience.

Convenient to the Rose Bowl & Madre Gold Line stop. Very pleasant room with K-cup, mini frig & microwave. Complimentary breakfast offered good options, but not fresh fruit salad (sigh). Pleasant & helpful staff. Pool, whirlpool with handicap lift; business center in spacious, airy lobby. Parking structure.

Staff are not trained, helpful or committed to provide an enjoyable month long stay. I was in a room with a questionable queen bed that was being pass off as king right as you walk in - the only thing in the room. There's no desk and the only window is in another room underneath a large patio making it like a dark cavern. Top it off they refused the business card the room was booked with and then did not honor the tax exempt status or make a refund to me until I made couple trips back and called to speak with the manager. I will not recommend them to co-workers and avoid using them again for both business and pleasure.
