  Worst service and staff. Placed my order and employee was taking his sweet time chit chatting with a friend. Waited over 5 mins and ended up asking for a refund. Never going there ever again. Grew up loving Gloria Jeans but their service is getting worse.

  I always have a golden rule anytime I'm at southridge, Gloria Jean's is mandatory no matter what. Phenomenal staff.

  Forgot my punch card last time I was in and they told me that I could combine the next time I came in. Wanted to combine my cards to get a free one and they said they no longer do that.. WHAT?!?!?! The girl was very rude about it, won't be back here again!

  Worst coffee and service I ever had, after a few sips out of my drink I realized it was made incorrectly. Half of the ingredients were missing and the ice was barely blended. When I went back to complain I was very rudely told I can't have a properly made drink because I had taken a drink out of the one they gave me, I'm sorry but if I'm paying alnost 7bucks for a coffee it had better taste like a7dollar drink not a mcdonalds coffee.

  Their Mint Chocolate Bomb was pretty good. The people behind the counter were nice. They're selling some pretty sweet Star Wars glasses right now.
