If you want the short story, go somewhere else.

I was shopping for a kids 4 wheeler. I spoke with a salesman on the phone to see what they had in stock before I drove 30 minutes to go to Don & Roy’s to look at them. I told the salesman how old my son was on the phone. He said nothing. I drove over to look at the little 4 wheelers, the same salesman I spoke with on the phone assisted me. The salesman was an arrogant jerk, and he had absolutely no knowledge about either machine I was looking at. When I told him I would buy a machine that day if we could simply take them outside and run them a little. He refused my request and told me they had no fluids or batteries in them. His arrogant tone suggested I was an idiot for even asking. I then told the arrogant jerk salesman that I would purchase the Canam 4 wheeler anyway. It was at this point that this salesman finally told me that he wouldn’t sell me the machine because my son wasn’t old enough. I was puzzled at this point thinking maybe the jerk salesman had some sense of humor. Why would this jerk salesman be telling me this now? This ignorant jerk knew several hours ago when I spoke with on the phone and I told him my sons age. The jerk refused to sell me the machine citing a state law and again speaking to me in a tone that again suggested I was an idiot.

There are plenty of dealers around, if it’s not too much hassle just go somewhere else.

Don’t expect honest pricing. If there is a dealer that has the same bike you want for only $100-500 more, buy it there instead. I was buying a new bike and asked for out the door pricing at a few dealers within 200 miles of me (since I don’t have a dealer close to me that carries Kawasaki.) Although their advertised price online was the lowest near me, after I called I found out that with the extra fees they charged compared to other dealers, the bike I wanted would have been about $500 more expensive than another dealer. Don & Roy’s dealer fees were presented as $609 versus other dealers that averaged about $125 in fees above advertised price. I happened to have a trip scheduled to Milwaukee (versus Kaukauna that had the best out the door price), but for $500 I thought I could take a detour on my trip home to buy the less expensive brand new bike. Don & Roy’s called me back and said they’d take their additional fess down $250 if I decided to buy the bike from them. I decided that since the bikes were that close in price I’d spend a little more at Don & Roys for the convenience of being able to pick up my bike while I was in Milwaukee. They asked to put down a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure the bike and get it ready to ride. I agreed, but asked for a full written summary in email of all the fees, costs, and the price we agreed upon. After I received the price summary via email, I sent in the Pay Pal deposit for $500. After they received the deposit I got a new email back adding an extra $80 title and licensing beyond a $109 documentation fee that was explained to be for providing the title. I contacted Don & Roy’s and explained that I wanted to know what they added fees after I put the deposit down. I was ready to ask for a refund for what seemed to be a sleazy used car salesman move. They then said that that extra fee wasn’t required and was just a breakdown of the $109 documentation fee. When I went to pick up the bike, they decide to charge me separately for title fee of $69.50. I had no loan (paid by check) and had a license plate to transfer, so the only thing that needed to be submitted was the title application. I know that WI DMV new titles are only $70, but I agreed to pay $109 since I understand the convenience of the dealer having to submit for a new title directly. They ended up charging me $178.50 for documentation, even though I showed them the emails that their salesman clearly stated he agreed to hold the agreed upon price. As much as I wanted to back out on the deal on the principle of such blatant dishonesty not holding to the written price summary they provided me, I couldn’t easily change my schedule to deal with trying to get my non-refundable refund back to go buy the better priced bike. On a $12K bike , $70 is insignificant, but being dishonest and not holding to their pricing tarnished the whole experience of picking up a new bike. We just bought a new bike in my family at another dealer a month before and they were very upfront with their total pricing (I would have my bike from them if they had the model I wanted.) The good news is that I think the bike itself is great so far. I just wish I could have supported an honest dealer that appreciated my business.

I've been going here for a couple years. I started coming in to get service done on the half dozen machines I own. The service department is way better here than any local places around. From Either of the Mike's doing service writing to Woody turning a wrench, they all will answer any question you have. The service department even showed me a couple options to upgrade from my yfz450 to a new machine. Sales took over and showed me the best bang for my buck. Sales wasn't too pushy which I appreciated a lot. Chris took over for financing and got me approved even while I was in the process of rebuilding my credit. I haven't met anyone at Don and Roy's I didn't like. Even the salesman.

They have really nice staff. Jake is by far my favorite here. I got my bike and gear here. They helped me get all the correct stuff. If your looking for a outdoor vehicle I recommend this place. They may not be huge but they have great staff and some nice vehicles.

Don & Roy's Motorsports offers a top-notch and honest service department. I bought my bike there and never had any problems.

I did try one of their competitor dealerships in Oak Creek to service my bike but their service department is terrible.

I highly recommend Don & Roy's Motorsports. I appreciate their honesty and integrity especially when they had the opportunity to gouge me but NEVER have.

My experience with Don & Roy's has been excellent. I've been a customer of the parts and service departments over the last couple of years and I cannot express enough my appreciation. I have an older bike (1985 Honda Shadow) that was purchased privately and I'm treated well. I just had it in for major maintenance work and now it rides much safer. Mike Jaciuk is honest, professional, handled the repair and had great communication leading up to the repair, while they had the bike, and once the repair was done.
