My experiences here have been great. My service agent, has always ensured that all my concerns were meet.
My husband and I were pretty disappointed in our experience with Heiser. We had already negotiated and signed a purchase agreement to purchase a vehicle. We were driving 4 1/2 hours to complete the purchase so we scheduled an "appointment" a couple days later. When we arrived the vehicle needed to be filled up with gas, cleaned and needed air in the tires. Despite having an "appointment" we sat at the dealership for 2 HOURS before we even started any paperwork. We drove 4 1/2 hours in order to purchase this car (which the dealership was aware of beforehand) and we were extremely disappointed that nothing was prepared for us in advance and how long we had to wait despite our confirmations of our arrival time and intent to complete the purchase. Because of how late we had to be there to complete all the paperwork, we did not get home until 3:00 a.m. Had I not had my heart set on purchasing this vehicle or driven 4 1/2 hours, I would have left and taken my business elsewhere. The poor customer service was unacceptable and I will not be returning and likely not consider purchasing any vehicle from Chevy again in the future. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the individual that processed our financing paperwork was hilarious.
I came here after having dealt with another dealership that treated me very poorly. The absolute second I walked in the doors I knew I made the right decision every single person was courteous others above and beyond. I was extremely lucky to have dealt with Jason, Brian, Brad, and Mike.
Those gentleman represented what car buying should have been like they were incredibly accommodating and kind to me. I left the same day I walked in in a truck I still can't believe is mine thanks to their professionalism and fantastic service. I can not say enough great things about this place and I would recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle make this your first stop.
Service department hasn't screwed me once. Oil change is reasonably priced.
I bought a 2015 Malibu there. Three months later, brought it in for an oil change. Best Service experience I have ever had. Simply put. Easy to find and I felt right at home for the very short time I was there. Usually dread oil changes, being an impatient person, though I won't be dreading my next one at Heiser. I would like to thank the service staff for such an exceptional job!!!
I have had consistent bad luck with tires on my 2010 Cobalt in the last year. We just returned from a cross-country trip to Colorado, and filled the right-rear tire in Iowa City, IA. Made it home safely, but the tire pressure light came back on before the week was out. I filled the tire again on Thursday, and again on Friday. When I got in the car on Saturday morning, the pressure was down to 8pps!
I immediately took the car to Heiser (around noon on Saturday). While the techs were performing oil changes, the manager thought they could get me in between them. I went to the service lounge, and within a half hour, the diagnosis of a cracked pressure valve was delivered. Twenty minutes later, I was done, and with my Preferred Customer card, my total bill was just $3.15. Can't beat that!
GOT a scheduled oil change. Was taken to see a tire with a blister, advisor said they didn't know how it happened. 29 point inspection report was NOT available ???? With out discussing tire options was given a quote on 2 new tires (very high).
Went to Goodyear, advisor said blister was caused by poor alignment. Called Heiser asked if in their inspection did they check the alignment, answer "NO". From Goodyear, Veteran's discount, $50 adjustment for defective tire, $140 rebate on 4 new tires, free alignment check that proved alignment was way off. Aligned car free in 5 minutes. I think my days taking the car to Heiser are done.
Sales staff are all super friendly. Bought a used car - and the experience was the best I've ever had buying a car. The price you agree on is the actual price of the vehicle. They don't come back later with a bunch of random fees to tack on to the purchase price. Everything is laid out front and center. I've been taking my vehicle for service here for about two years now, and they are great on that front too! Very honest and very friendly staff. Great experience!
Very nice people to work with. Handled business professionally and also friendly. Got a great deal on a car here!!! It was worth the hour and a half drive.
From 1st contact from Jean Ross who answered my interest on the internet, to Jeanne Holtz who was a dear and helped me find the right vehicle and bent over backwards to help me with many things, to Brian honing in on the price, the experience was excellent!! Brian made it possible for me, to purchase an Equinox within my budget. It made my day! He's such a personable GM. THANKS SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! You're such a great team! I'll be coming back when my husband is ready for a new vehicle!!!!!! Thanks for all those people who made it possible!
I have been a long time Heiser service customer and have had nothing but good things to say since I began coming there. The staff is always courteous, upfront and knowledgeable. I went in for a check engine light with the thought of purchasing in the near future when the estimates for the repairs came back I knew it was time to trade in my car for a new one. Like the service center, I can now say I have nothing but good things to say about the sales department. My family has been going to a Chevy dealership up closer to my hometown for years and I was back and forth between Heiser and there. I worked with Dave and soon I knew that I wanted to keep my business with Heiser. Dave wasn't pushy, like some salesmen can be, instead he took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me options and time. I would definitely buy my next car from him.
Pretty nice guys here. The service team was welcoming as helpful. They actually addressed my issues and waited to hear everything before they rushed me to the waiting room.
Brought my impala in for a safety recall repair and oil change. I was told the repair would take 3-4 hours so I scheduled my appointment for 8:45am because I needed to leave for work by 3:10pm, giving myself over 6 hours time for the repair. I told the service rep who was organizing the shuttle rides that I just needed to be back by 3 at latest, he assured me that was fine. 2:30 rolls along and I call them to see if we were on track in case I needed to arrange for a carpool with a coworker, again I was assured it would be fine and the driver would be leaving shortly. Received a call at 2:48 saying the driver was leaving in 2 minutes. Well, cutting it close here, I live 12 minutes from the service center, but I would be alright still. Once the driver got to my house at 3:05 I was told we needed to pick up another passenger. I told him I was gonna be late now and his reply was "Uh-Oh". That's literally it. Get to the service center at 3:46, received a "thank you for your patience" and my bill. Now I'm out a half hour pay, received an attendance point, and am ineligible for our quarterly perfect attendance bonus. I could have set up a carpool easily but didn't bother to because I was told I would get back in time, extremely frustrating.
