I recently moved here and after previous experiences was dreading going to get my licence renewed. The process was seamless. The staff were fast and friendly. Keep up the good work!

The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick! I had 6 people in line ahead of me and my entire process from getting my number to getting back in my car took 35 minutes. My issue was completely taken care of in one visit.

I have found that this DMV is the best in the area. They tend to move rather quickly and it normally isn't that packed. I prefer this location to the one on Burlington in NKC.

The wait wasn't long at all but omg I think they get paid extra if they are rude! The most unsociable , crabby faced people I have EVER seen!!! They don't smile at anyone, they act like they hate the world---the one that helped me literally sighed apparently she got tired of waiting on me to open my folder because she wanted to eat. I guess that was a sign she just had to pop whatever she was eating into her mouth. I should have sighed at her , as she didn't offer me a biteIt's an ugly place because of all the crabby-faced employers.

Can't speak for other people but I was 10th in line upon opening and was served and out in barely 10 minutes. Staff member was very efficient, polite and professional. Helps that I had all of my paperwork ready and in hand, unlike some other folks. Not really a job that I would want to do everyday but they treated me very well.

I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Fast, efficient service. Went to the office shortly after 9am on a Wednesday and there was no line.

It all depends of the workers. This particular location is pretty fast, if you know which days to go. The shortest wait time I had has been maybe 5 minutes and the longest, possibly 45 minutes. I know there are tons of DMV horror stories, but thankfully I never experienced anything as close. I have been blessed that the few times a year I come to this place, I always get help from a young man named Ricardo. He's always polite and very helpful. On the off chance that I do forget a specific document, rather than scold me and promptly pushing me away, he always guides me on how to obtain it. There's not very many people with personality like him, specially in this line of work.
