Great place to spend a day shopping, watching movies, or playing pokemon go. There is a Dave in Busters for those who would prefer having something else to do. The variety of stores and restaurants allows for everyone to enjoy The Legends.

I worked in one of the places out here for about three years and it was great for the most part. The shops are well taken care of and maintenance is quick to keep the place clean. The only thing that sucked was the fact that there needs to be more parking in general, not just for employees but we constantly had people complaining about how hard it was to find a spot to park when the mall was busy.

This was a nice shopping center. Plenty of stories to shop in and you can find some good deals. Still, there are few stores that it seemed like the struggle with what outlet store means! Overall experience was worth the trip though.

Pretty awesome place to walk aroundoh and to shop. There's plenty of stores to buy just about any brand of clothes. There's also an awesome theater lots of great restaurants and a chocolate factory and a pretzel shop and a popcorn storeyeah lots and lots of stores. There's free WiFi too. I really like the historical plaques set in the sidewalks, it's cool to learn local trivia as you walk around while mindlessly blowing money on all kinds of stuff. It's a fun place to go, I recommend it wholeheartedly.

One of the nicest outdoor malls around. Wide variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment. Not sure what to do today? Go to Legends and you'll find something for everyone!

Great options. Lots of stores and great food choices even for picky people. Longhorn Steakhouse is right next door to Chillis so ordering take out from both is great. Wings from one and stuffed mushrooms from the other makes for easy dinner.

Great place to shop for discounted, name-brand clothes. Family friendly. It gets pretty busy on the weekends. Stores start to get a little messy and it's hard to get help sometimes due to there being so many shoppers.

Great place to eat, shop, or just stroll around. Well maintained. Great parking. Live music at the main foyer area. The fountain is excellent. Highly recommend the area.

Cool place to shop. They had live music when my family and I went there on Saturday afternoon. They also have some fun attractions for the kids, like Dave & Busters and the T-Rex dinosaur spot. I found most kids loved playing with the water features in the courtyard. If you are going there to shop and you're used to "true" outlets. This is not one of them. Their are a lot of regular retail shops mixed in. So if the Store you are going to doesn't say "outlet" or "factory Store" don't expect to find outlet pricing.

A good selection of stores and restaurants. Plenty of parking and well organized. I just get sick and tired of going to places such as this where there are people smoking everywhere you go and there is no enforcement of the rules. Very disappointing.

It's a good place to spend a couple of hours (if only to people-watch) but be wary when shopping, some of the stores say they are outlets and others don't. This is of no consequence honestly, because the items in these "Outlets" are marked at the same price-point as their "regular" store counterparts. It seems to placate the customers to show a sticker on the tag with the retail price placed over the "Suggested Retail" price. All is not lost though; to really save, look no further than the clearance areas within these "outlets". They will be picked over but one does tend to find a gem on occasion.

That being said, I've had a good experience at the restaurants I was able to eat at while visiting. Parking, even with the addition of a parking garage, still seems to be somewhat of an issue a lot of the times I've visited. My overall experience was par to my expectations of an outdoor shopping mall. But an "Outlet" mall, this is not.

This is a good place for a leisure afternoon or date night. Plenty of good restaurants and specialty treat shops. Open courtyard for people watching various retail stores for shopping. Easy access

Clean. Lots of stores to shop. It seemed safe in the later evening when we visited. Some best places that we don't have near where is live. We will be back.
