Room is nice got a suite nice space for 5 people great customer service room rates good could do a better breakfast
friendly staff and manager. room was clean and comfortable. The only draw back was the bed was to tall for this 4'11" grandmother. have been staying here for a few years now and see improvement in the overall motel.
Front desk staff was pleasant. Room clean. Light over sink out. Would have been nice to have coffee in the room.
My only grip was that there wasn't a bath tub. Other than that, our stay was wonderful! Great service, clean room, affordable rates.
Good for the price. The room was small and but pretty clean. The breakfast was just Ok. Staff was really nice.
The room smelled like very strong cat pee, the shower dripped all night, the air conditioning was so loud could hardly sleep, hole in the wall, some weird man was pacing on the side of the building as we were unloading our car and did not appear to be a guest. I could go on and on. I will not be staying here again.
Very nice atmosphere. Elevator was out of order. Clean and quiet.
My husband and I checked on Aug 20/17 for one night at Lee's summit, Mo. For 95.dollars I was very disappointed. First, the air conditioning was leaking and it stank. They had the ice bucket from our room under it catching the drip.
The remote for the tv was gone alone with one of the cable cords.. had to down to the front desk for assistance, Couldn't call front desk because the room phone didnt work..there was no hot water. Floor was dirty, and there was a sharp nail sticking out of the arm of the broken desk chair. Bed side clock was against the wall behind the tv. Fire and smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling.
. Not even sure it worked.. we were on the 3rd floor..bed was comfortable , breakfast was good.. other then that.. I will never stay at this motel again

If you're coming here expecting a perfect 4 star hotel, go somewhere else. But if you're looking for a friendly, down to earth, not too expensive, place to lie your head for a couple nights and aren't too concerned with tiny details. This is a wonderful place for you.
Where to start.. First I will start with the bed and bedding. There is no fitted sheet on the bed. They have opted to use a flat sheet and a blanket. Everytime you rolled over it moved with you and bunched up. Extremely uncomfortable! The bedding in which you are to actually use to cover up with seems as if it's from the 1960's. The blanket was so old and scratchy like sand paper I went and got my own. Every pillow was a different texture, size and fluffiness or lack of. It's like they went to a thrift store and picked out what ever was available and used them. And again the linens were extremely rough no softness to them at all! Secondly the sitting area had a small sofa, that would be nice if they didn't have a foot long rip in it and have it masked off with tape and paper. I have a photo of anyone is interested! The AC unit worked well but was extremely noisy and that made for a hard nights sleep. The doors are extremely heavy all of them. I did how ever enjoy the OJ and the bananas for breakfast. Of I had the choice and had more time to have looked around I would have stayed elsewhere, especially for $95.00 a night, no discounts, no AAA discount offered nothing! I have traveled more than half my life through out the country and outside the country as well and I have to say this was by far one of the worse places I have ever stayed!
Fairly clean hotel. Pool was inoperative. Nothing spectacular but a place to sleep n shower
Super cool and modern, but the walls are a little thin and the doors a bit heavy. There were a lot of slamming this morning as we tried to sleep. The linens weren't soft at all
Good service
Great staff, comfortable rooms will stay again
