Excellent service and very helpful staff. Had a great experience here.
Yes this is a moment in life when one must "plan for inconvenience, inconsistencies, and customer service thrown out the window.

Sorry sir you'll have to get in line at the window and they will put you in front of the line. Myself and 3 others waiting in line for the same reason while the lady was explaining what was needed to another person. When she (lady 2 at the computer) heard us talking about the problem she started putting us in line.
I asked the lady greeting at the door if I needed any additional papers since there is no information about Transfer on death on their web site.
She said I would need proof of insurance which was in my car. I feared they would call my number while I was at the car so the lady said the lady at the window would let me run out and get it. WRONG, the lady at the window, even though I explained the greeter said it would be OK said NO, YOU MUST GO GET IN LINE AT THE WINDOW AGAIN. Perhaps a little training needed?
The Lady 2 at the computer seemed to think it was funny I did't think it a good idea to send me back to window 15 (Perhaps a little more training needed.)
A nice lady at window 10,( she would get a 5 star rating), got me taken care of.
I asked and got to explain all this to the manager who was apologetic but had to have the last word with "Have a nice day." escaping his lips as he walked away through the door.
Last note: I held on phone for over 20 minutes trying to find out if I needed any additional paper to put a Transfer on Death on a title.
I had to hang up and try to beat the clock.
Stacy (#11) was quick and efficient. She got me in and out within 15 minutes when I had to register a new vehicle for my business. The online check in process is great so that I was able to make efficient use of my time!
Clean place, but extremely crowded and the wait is absolutely insane. But what can I expect here.
I enjoy the cleanliness of this place but the people behind the desks aren't very kind, nevertheless not half bad experience.
Be prepared to wait. That's just the nature of this type of office. But the get in line system is awesome! At least I could wait in the comfort of my home. Actually only spent about 20 minutes there once my number was called. My clerk was fast and efficient.
I love the way this DMV is ran. Very well organized. There are a few normal witches in there that are not very friendly. But most of the employees are very nice.
This is one of the most efficient government facilities I've been to. They really streamline the process. You can check in on your phone and se exactly how long it will take before your number is called, so you don't have to sit and wait. Plus you can add time if needed. Plus, I have yet to meet an employee that wasn't extremely nice and pleasant. Having moved from Texas, where the DMV can be a nightmarish experience, this place is completely the opposite. Would give more stars if I could, due to the people and the efficiency of the process.
I can't say enough good things about this location.
The facility was very clean and signage very visible and obvious.
I had lost my place in line apparently due to their online check in, so when I asked where I was in line, the employee added me right back to the front. Talk about A1 quality service!
Then there's the girl who assisted me in getting new tags (window 1). She was very friendly and open. She joked with me and made the process very fast. We need more people with smiles and personalities like her in the world!
From the time I walked in the door to inquire about my spot, not 10 minutes had passed before I walked out with new registration. I am very lucky to be able to call this my registration location. You guys are all awesome!
Super helpful and easy. There's always a 1-3 hour wait, but if you call in to get in line, you don't have to actually show up until a couple minutes before your turn.
There's always a crazy long wait, at least an hour or so. You can use your phone to check in, and they'll text you updates on the wait time and when it's time to go up. This let's you leave to do something else while you wait.
