Thanksgiving dinner. Food was very good. But it felt like I was in a cafeteria.

We stayed one night in October. Check in was easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was good, right on the lake and easy to find. The hotel is a little dated but just fine for what we were needing.

Had a wonderful stay.. went for a 2 day stay in early October.. we still had lots to do even though the busy season was over.. the rooms are dated but very well maintained.. the bathroom has been updated the view was great as well as the staff.. walking distance to lots of resturaunt and stores, we even walked to the steamboat..

Great parking
There is a generator if power goes out! It did for us after a storm, went to restaurant for dinner, amazing!
Great pool, views, a.c. works great, clean.
Dated, but we didn't mind. Everything else works and staff is wonderful

Nice hotel and great location. Very good staff but very slow restaurant service. The wifi is terrible and there is no service. Never go here for business or if you rely on or need your phone/electronics. The pool is really nice. The beach is a bit small and the water is kinda dirty, we took a boat out to the other side of the lake and the water was much cleaner away from the hotel. It's pretty rundown, nothing seems to ever be updated, but it's a relatively nice place. This is definitely not a resort, it's a low-quality motel in a great location so it gets away with it.

Great costumer service. The motel with one of the best private beaches in the area. Food was rather pricey though and the bartender didn't do a very good job at mixing drinks.

My husband and I have been staying at The Georgian for over 35 years. It had been a 5 star hotel back then and we have been sorry to see the reviews decline over the last couple of years but are in agreement with many of them. We have always stayed in a premium room and for the price we pay, they clearly need to be updated and better maintained. Carpet is worn and could be better vacuumed, walls need a paint job, bathroom is very outdated. Pool area needs a good refurbishing. However, the location is perfect and the customer service was outstanding.

Here for the weekend with family. Didn't know what to expect at first because be are used to more big name chain hotels. Rooms were clean and typical. Pool was nice. Lake access was pretty good; we rented kayaks. All in all had a good time for sure. The sign for the hotel is not lit up at night, which can make it difficult to find when coming back in the evenings via car.

Unique rooms with hot tub. Lake view was nice. Very family friendly- almost too much for a couple wanting adult time. Cabana bar was slow and did not have good selection.

More of a motel feel than a "lakeside resort". Staff easily overwhelmed with large crowds. However, great views of the lake from the pool / outdoor bar and nicely located near the heart of downtown.
