Booked a lake view room.. got a room by the pool facing parking lot was told if you come out of room and look left you see the lake WHAT? I paid for lakefront told those rooms r much more expensive. Room 49 smelled like stale smoke. Nothing fancy at all. Towed are rough. Location of place is good. Check prices across street at BRAND NEW marriott.

Right in town, literally the closest place to the action. Price good for area. Heated pool, nice patio, one of the few places that has a beach. They have lounges on the beach and things to rent to enjoy the water. Rooms are not big but adequate for what you need. They need slight upgrading of carpet. Also,room coffee sucks could use an on sight coffee area. A hotel bar on the patio would easily make it the best place to stay. First time to Lake George and will be back. Good for families. Highly recommend it.

My family stayed at Marine Resort Village for 4 days this summer. The rooms are perfectly acceptable but nothing special. We were lucky enough to obtain one of the few rooms with its own patio / BBQ area. There was no continental breakfast included with your stay but the resort does offer a heated pool and plenty of water equipment you can rent. They are situated right on the Lake with plenty of space. Sometimes it was difficult to plan nap times with small children because there does not seem to be any consistency on when the rooms are serviced for the day. Several times we had to opt for no room cleaning because they would show up mid afternoon when small ones are napping, there was no offer of them to return at a later time. Overall, we had a nice time and would consider returning with the understanding that if you are looking for a 5 star hotel / resort feel you should look elsewhere.

Location is very good. It is in town and you can walk around through the village. There is a pool and it is on the lake. Rooms are good and the air conditioning worked well. Bathroom is fine.

Right near the strip. Beach and pool are excellent. Our room had a table and chair out front which was nice for an evening beverage. Also had a ceiling fan that really kept the room comfortable. The refrigerator and microwave were also good.

It is located just outside the heart of a beautiful Lake George Village easily within walking distance of downtown Lake George and all of the sightseeing destinations within. The price is excellent, the rooms are a bit dated and in need of a little bit of sprucing up but are very clean and decently maintained. Parking is very much a challenge as there are no assigned parking spots per room sometimes resulting in a walk back to your actual hotel room from the remote parking spot. It has a beautiful small private beach right directly on the lake along with a beautiful pool and sundeck. Adjacent to the pool is a small Snack Shack great for a quick lunch or just a quick bite to eat. A wonderful family destination right near the beautiful town of Lake George New York. We will return for sure.

Beautiful place.. Kind and professional staff. Clean rooms. Walk distance to everything in downtown. Private beach is lovely, we had a great week end.

First time here, came highly recommended. Very friendly and very clean! Housekeeping (Connie) was sweeping the walkway in front of the rooms. The only complaint is that the room needs brighter lighting and the lounge chairs at the pool need to be repaired. We'll be back next year definitely!!!!!!

It is our second time in this hotel and we love it! Basic, simple and clean rooms. Very slow wifi though Parking, heated pool, access to the beach. Just a few blocks away from the food market and restaurants. Breakfast is not included.
