If you need someone in sales, talk to Calvin Canterbury or Brent Biehl (sales manager). Both of them will provide you with top-notch, hassle-free help. I highly recommend this dealership. I came in to buy a car and my sales consultant De’Andre was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. With help from the sales manager, they provided a very aggressive starting price for the vehicle I wanted. After a few back and forth negotiating, we were able to settle on a final deal. Austin was very helpful through the whole process. He stayed in contact with me and helped me through the process. When my husband and I arrived at Gatorland he was there to meet us. We got right down to business and he made it painless. I highly recommend Austin Kenyon. The finance person did a great job with the doc pad. Juan is an amazing service advisor and always makes sure that everything that needs to be addressed is done so in a timely manner and the prices are clear and fair. I can always rest assured the job will be done right the first time with him, and especially when Sam works on my vehicle. That is one mechanic that is truly a craftsman and always has a smile on his face.
I only give this a 4 because the dealership as a whole has some work to do (customer relations, timeliness, management) and should be using Juan and Sam as examples of how service should be done.

We had a great experience with Gatorland and our salesman, Tim. We wanted a very specific and hard to find truck, and Tim took the time to search for it and found our exact truck that was nearing the end of its time on the assembly line (Other dealers told us that the truck didn't exist and that we'd have to custom order it - which takes 3-4 months). They were even willing to remove the accessories that we didn't want and added the ones that we did. The entire process was quick and frustration free and we drove our new Tacoma home 2 weeks later. I will definitely start with Gatorland for our next Toyota.

Exceptional service from the staff at Gatorland. This is the second vehicle that we've leased from Mychal and we will definitely be back for a third when the time is right. He's incredibly kind and patient with us throughout the process. The overall staff was also very patient, answered all of our questions about financing and got us a good deal. We actually ended up putting down less than we had intended. I highly recommend Gatorland.

We walked in looking for a specific vehicle and London Clark, our salesperson, was outstanding. He listened to what we wanted and was able to find our new 2017 Toyota 4Runner! Since they didn't have the color that I wanted, he found one that was close to the model I wanted for the test drive. We had to wait for three days to get the vehicle ordered from another location, but it was worth the wait!!
We are very happy and recommend Gatorland Toyota and London Clark to anyone looking for a new vehicle!!

Our experience with Buck at Gatorland Toyota was truly the best out of a long day looking at cars and visiting various dealerships. We felt relaxed and under no pressure whatsoever and were offered the best deal of the day! Buck answered all of our many questions and allowed us to take our time viewing and testing different models. He was patient and informative without making us feel pressured. This was the best experience we have ever had in a car dealership!
