  I didn't have an appointment. There were about 8 people ahead of me and probably with appointments, but the wait was only about 10 minutes. From the person who checked me in to the person who drew my blood, all where exceptionally nice. Chelsey was the phlebotomist, she was very attentive and I did not feel any pain during the puncture! All the staff was very nice.

  Much prefer this location over the one on Phillips/Sunbeam. I drove farther to come to this one, because the phlebotomist at the other location gave me a hematoma. Glad I came here instead because it was such a good draw - quick and painless! And no hematoma! I also really liked that it has a touch screen sign in machine, and you have your insurance info taken in the room by the phlebotomist. I like that better than the way the other location does things. I had an appointment and was called back just minutes after my scheduled time. Very smooth process. And, I had my results less than 3 business days later!

  The staff was friendly enough, but the problem is there are NOT enough people working check-in! There was ONE lady working to gather people's info. I had to wait an hour and a half. No, I didn't have an appointment, but those were all taken anyway by the time my doctor told me I needed to go. There should be a minimum of TWO people taking info on busy days/times. It's horrible customer service. I actually travel past another Quest to get to this one, but I'm starting to think this one is just as bad.

  Colleen was courteous and professional. I made an appointment and the wait was under 10 minutes from arrival.
