Literally 3 people visibly on meth in and around station hard core cracked out, had my back pack cases multiple times. I hate bus travel but find myself doing it roughly 4 times a year and this is probably the only time I've actually felt unsafe inside a station. Oh, and hypodermic needles on the bathroom floor and outside sidewalk. This was right after hurricane Irma so I don't know if this had some effect on the situation but it was very, very sketchy. Bus station attendants inside though were more helpful than most and I could understand what they were saying, which is a significant step up from the Charleston, Savannah and Charlotte stations.

Great place not much to offer in the way of quality but they do offer food. There is also an unsavory element that were outside of the terminal smoking weed and looking a little intimidating but they didn't bother me.

Jax to Orlando. Worst service. Bus was an hour delay but bus tracking website said on time. In jax bus station there was no proper information from the service people. I have a flight from mco to LA, I think I'm gonna miss it.

Bus driver on bus #86680 from Richmind, VA to Florida is rude and disrespectful. Cussing and talking down to passengers like they are bellow her. She told a special need gentleman to "sit down and shut up". She will not turn on the AC after being asked repetedly by everyone. Also there is no power or Wi-Fi. This lady needs to be fired!

Well some of the reviews are correct about Jacksonville Bus Station.. they are brasher than other bus station attendants Bus Stations I know.. But sometimes you have to go with the flow for a cheap price :')

I was pick up in Ashland ky by a charter bus not a greyhound no WiFi for the first two hours. Then I get to Jacksonville FL and they have lost my bag I called they said they would contact me and never have this was five days ago.

Terrible service, bus leaving Columbus, GA was over 7 hours late, add to it bad weather and the fact that no one could tell me when a bus, that was due at 12:45 on 5/24/17 would arrive in Jacksonville, FL. I called 4 x's to tht 1-800# and then the supposedly Jax office (which was funny as I spoke to the same person in the Philippines who was supposed to represent the local office. When I asked for an American person, I was given Shawn #1496 who was supposedly a Manager, but still Filipino. Still no one could provide me an ETA on the bus, all I got was excuses and that this is a sales line not information. Then when I asked for his supervisor, I was put on hold and given Maria #3970 in customer service, (still not an American or local number that went to the station), who was the first gal I talked to in this escalation when I started 3 hours ago. Never did I get someone who could help find out when the bus was going to get here.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service. I had to go down to the station and just wait. I WILL NEVER USE GREYHOUND AGAIN!!!!!! TYPICAL GOVERNMENT, OUTSOURCING SERVICE!!!!!! Don't know their tails from the hole in the wall.

I make sure my daughters are on the bus before I leave. Sometimes unsavory characters loiter this place.. Station is more often on time than not. Thumbs up

I rode the bus from Jacksonville, Florida to Dallas, Texas - 3 buses, about 15 short stops and 1 two hour layover - altogether about 27-hours. Every bus driver was responsible and informative about the travel. The agents at the station were always helpful and kind. I must say that I had a good experience along the way. I always recommend traveling light, maybe just one small bag for personal or electronics - it can get a bit cramped at times if you're seated next to someone with luggage.
