The name reminds me too much of My Little Pony.
worst place to work and to have your loved ones here. I worked in the health care center for over 2 years. Ever since management changed, the place went downhill. The new people in charge don't care about their employees or residents. From dining services all the way to nursing. I had to quit because I got tired of their unprofessionalism and lies and their poor management. They make you go to all these meetings and in services about abuse and all that, and when it comes to a real case of abuse they just let the abuser work like nothing happened.
My grandparents live here, and they love the staff, quality, and all around friendliness of the place.
We have been residents of Friendship Village Tempe for just over two years now. We find that we are making friends at a rate far exceeding what we had experienced at any of our previous homes. There is a broad cross section of professional residents which makes for interesting conversational challenges. Had we learned earlier of the many benefits of this Life Care community, we could have been enjoying our new lifestyle sooner.
All they care about is money. If you ever attended an all employee meeting at friendship village you would know that all they care about is sales. They never discuss resident treatment and every resident in the healthcare center looks miserably unhappy. The quality of resident care goes down every year from things such as food to the actual caregivers. I would not suggest ever doing business with this band of crooks.
