  I went in for a haircut and the lady that cut my hair didn't do it all the way, the next morning I went to straighten my hair and there were pieces of hair that weren't cut at all, and the lady was rude and didn't make any conversation, and she was giving me demands and jerked my head aroundI'm very disappointed with my experience here

  Had haircut, stylist nice, this probably was an accident on her part. However, management should have bent over backwards to make it right considering the damage they did will take 6 months or more to grow out! I said I liked a bob with long layers with volume at top. I asked to make sure that the layers were long enough that I could pull up in a clip or put in a ponytail. So, she texturized my hair or did something to it and cut a big section off the back by accident down to about two inches. Being the back off my head, I didn't notice for about a week. When I did I didn't call immediately because I didn't know who the stylist was and had thrown away my receipt. As time went on it bothered me more and more and then I realized I had asked for info on highlights. I had the stylists name on a card. I called and spoke to the manager Lori who seemed somewhat helpful at first. Given she has not seen how bad my hair looks I will give her the benefit of the doubt. Then I was going to stop in and let her look at it. I doubt they can do anything, I don't really want them to touch my hair. I just was going to show them what happened. Due to another appt. I needed to stop by another day. Rather than just not show up, I asked my boyfriend to call and let them know I would not be stopping by. Lori proceeded to quote policy to him, complain that this was the third call in regards to this and if I did not come in before I left for my trip I couldn't get my hair recut! Are you kidding??I don't want you to cut my hairever! Beware of this poorly run store.

  You get what you pay for. I've given myself better haircuts, and I've had better haircuts at beauty schools by trainees. Minimal effort, nasty stylists. Never again.

  I've been coming to this place every month for 4 years to get my haircut. The girls here are friendly and fun, and get the job done. It's amazing how much information they retain about you - they remember everything we've chatted about over the years and having that personal connection is fun when you get your haircut! They recently added a warm/moist towel to the finishing touches, which feels great and leaves you with much less hair clippings on your neck, I love it!

  First time here and the lady at the front counter is completely rude to everyone that comes in and has zero personality. I'm sitting in the waiting area and I'm just blown away by how she treats customers. Wish you could post videos on this review. Hopefully a little more care is put into my hair cut .

  I was pretty unhappy with this location so I stopped going, however my father went earlier this week and got about the worst job you can imagine. The manager of the store does most of the haircuts here and that's who we've both had issues with.

  This place was a joke went there to get daughters hair cut . The lady that cut my daughter hair was the only professional. The other two ladies were more interested in gossiping (Hannah)last time there .will definitely stay at the one on bell road
