  I have to say that I received THE worst hair cut ever here. Anita had no clue what she was doing, even by looking at a picture of what I wanted. My home state stylist/colorist had to take significant length off of my hair because the cut I received here was so bad. My stylist could not believe what Anita had done to my hair. It's really inexcusable. I asked for a modern shag hair cut, to keep my length, and not color my hair with brown in the mix of red. I got NOTHING I asked for. It's really time for continuing education for Anita. Apparently "Senior stylist" is in name only and not in talent. I did ask for someone else to fix it, but everyone had gone to lunch. I was out in Arizona for Lyme disease treatment. My body didn't have time to wait. She just kept saying over and over that she didn't know what I wanted. The picture should have been a big clue to what I wanted. She cut my hair into a bob and blow dried it straight. I asked her why is she blow drying it like that. She said she needed to see the cut. I looked like a 50 year old woman. I gave her a chance to fix it since no one was around, and it looked OK at the salon, so I paid and left. It wasn't ok though. It was hacked up. My stylist said the back was longer than the sides, and the layers weren't even, and I should have never been given texture, because my hair can't handle that cut. I now have to wait for my hair to grow back to shoulder length, where it looks its best.

  Beautiful spa and salon, amazing staff, and the best facial I have EVER received by Taryn - well worth the drive from Tempe!
