  very disrespectful employment , get an attitude every call . order took 2 HOURS to get to get to us . other than that , the delivery guy was very nice , owners are nice , food is great when , it isn't cold after taking 2 hours .

  We have been going here for years, mostly for their wings. A couple weeks ago we ordered them, and were surprised to say the least. They changed the wings so they are now literally the size of a quarter, I didn't even know wings came that small. I called to ask if we can get another order fixed because we know what their usual wings should be, and the manager said the wings are now "pathetic", that he knows, apologized on behalf of the owners but said "there is nothing we can do." We will miss the ranch dressing, but don't have plans of ever going back with the service we got this last time. I used to recommend you guys, this is sad, but we will go elsewhere for pizza and wings.

  First time eating here, and the best fried chicken I've ever had!! Updated eating area wouldn't be a bad thing, though.

  They don't deliver to Sharpsburg and neither does their Millvale location. Ridiculous.

  Franks never disappoints!!! I used to just order the Famous Buffalo Chicken Pizza with the famous thick homemade ranch all the time and now I have expanded to try new things and their Broasted Wings are fall off the bone super juicy and big! Their Frankie Wraps are delicious and if your interested Frank's special Bacon Ranch Pizza isn't bad either!!!
  
  Orders are always fast and correct. Prices could be slightly steep for a pizza shop but well worth the extra few bucks vs pizza hut.

  I order from here quite often and always have the same delivery guy. He's awesome and very consistent. My only advice is to stop rushing when taking the order. A portion of my order was missed because he wasn't paying attention and was rushing through the call.

  I am about 50/50 between delivery and pick up. Delivery is alway within a reasonable time and pick is the same. My daughter is hooked on the buffalo chicken pizza which is awesome. I have never had bad service or bad food from there since they opened at the Mt Royal plaza

  Frank's is famous for their buffalo chicken pizza and once you try it, you will never order buffalo chicken pizza from anywhere else except for possibly another Frank's location. The pizza is even better with the homemade ranch that's included. Even their regular pizza is pretty good, but it's a little more cheesy than I'd personally prefer. Their wings are also good (and big) and they broil them - which is healthier than frying them. That being said, Frank's is rather expensive compared to other pizza shops, and service is average at best, but as long as the food stays as good as it is, I'm willing to overlook it.

  Stopped into Franks Pizza & Chicken. I have been to the Millville location a few times so thought I would try out this location since I was in the area. The joint looked clean and organized. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni to go. The pizza was good, but not as flavorful as the Millville location. The sauce seem to lack an ingredient of some sort (perhaps garlic and salt). Over all I did enjoy what I ate, so I would recommend this place if you happen to be in the area.

  Picked up and hung up on mt trying to order. Miserable clowns filled out a app for a job they clearly don't want to work. Only good thing is one delivery guy is a very nice person. Other than that guys went downhill in the last 5 years.

  This a solid branch of the resteraunt, and mostly high school students work here. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza is what these guys are known for and even if you are not a fan of that type of pizza it is worth a shot. I love the stuff. Their home made ranch dressing (2 included with a buff. chick. pizza) is also delicious. Four stars because the prices are a little high, and because other products like regular pizza and bread sticks are pretty mediocre.
