I like this place a lot. Don't order the pasta, since pasta is pasta. Get the Stromboli. It might be the best you ever had. It is the best I ever had. Pizzas are good. Sunday's and Thursday's $6 domestic pitchers. Happy hour before 6pm, 1/2 some apps and $1.50 pints of bud light. They have made some mistakes on our bill (partially my own error) and have always made things right. This is basically the Uccellos that used to be there. I heard they will soon have 48 beers on tap! A great place to visit, just a quarter mile off the highway.

We went there on Wednesday the 18th. The food was wonderful, but our server was not. Erika was not attentive to our needs. We had to wait 15 minutes to get a water and coffee refill. It doesn't matter if we had visitor's at our table or not, we needed things. We seen her when she took our order, when she delivered it when we asked another sever to get her, sorry, by then it was too late and we were done, we asked for a box and our check. We felt so ignored. Not cool. We come here often and never had a problem, but this time was such a disappointment. There is a great opportunity here to ensure the servers are not in back looking at their phones and drinking their water. I had a great view of the back. So I seen our server there but not at her tables. We will be ordering out for a while. Like I said, the food is great. It will be awhile before we go back to sit and dine.

This Wayland location continues to go downhill. Food is good and nice selection but service is poor. Out last visit was awful. Waitress Kayla ignored us multiple times and our food took forever and it was not busy. We had our 6 yr old granddaughter with us and she was very hungry. Kayla did not bring her fruit cup while we waited for pizza. Previous visit waitress spent lots of time with her regulars and ignored us. Not sure if we will return.

I put in an order for delivery after a long day at work. When the order was taken I was never given a total. Weird but I went with it. Figured couldn't be too far off of 20. The driver arrived without the beverage I had ordered. He said he was going to go back and get it. I handed him the 20 because it wasn't a huge deal He then turned and walked away without giving me change. To top it all off my wife and I got to eat a pizza with toppings shifted about 3 inches off the pizza. I called and asked for a manager and the server seemed very clueless and at one point lied saying the manager was too busy when she hadn't even found him yet. When I finally got to the manager he seemed shocked at the whole thing and offered to double my order free of charge. I just wanted like 10% off the top or something but he said they couldn't do that for whatever reason. It seems to be just about every place in wayland I've gotten food has been less than satisfactory. Not a town I'd recommend for their food (except big boy. They were fine.)

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! We stopped in on a Saturday around 4, they were not busy at all only 4 tables and a few people at the bar. We were sat and ordered our drinks, waitress brought drinks to table and just set them all on the end and didn't pass out then went away. She brought another table their food, took empty plates from another table, another table had finished so she started clearing off that table and disappearing into the kitchen. She made eye contact with me on five different times but never came over to take our food order. 25 minutes pass by and three of the four of us have empty drink glasses and have still not had our food order taken. Needless to say we got up and we're leaving, we complained to one of the workers and then our waitress just walks by us. No apology from anyone.we are from Wayland so needless to say we will not be returning to this establishment. Pretty disappointing to have such crappy service especially when they were that slow.

Great for pizza and pastas, but not very many healthy options. We got right in on a Saturday night (during a local festival) to sit outside on a beautiful evening, but sitting out on the patio also means that service is spotty. We were forgotten about which meant no silverware for my salad, very slow water refills, and no one to clear our plates out of the way for a very little birthday celebration. The salmon was tasty, but the veggies seemed like they were out of a frozen bag; there were no sweet potato choices and the baked potato was very dry. My husband was happy with his burger and the kids loved their pizza and chocolate milk. We were thankful they had a nice strawberry shortcake for a birthday gift.

Always great Pizza! Infact, our favorite Pizza! And tonight we had the best service by Sarah Jo. She was so sweet, kind and just plain amazing!! We will definitely be back and will request her!

Nice place during the day and evening. After dinner they crank the music for no reason and it is nearly impossible to have a conversation even yelling to the person next to you. Appetizers were tasty and beer selection was decent for West Michigan expectations.

I'm so happy that they dont hire ugly woman for waitresses. That makes my drinking and eating exsperience great. Keep doing squats waitresses, and keep the food great. I love this place

Was part of The Ucello chain but has separated and changed names. Menu is pretty much the same. Good and service is typically very good. Decent selection of beer in tap.
