We couldn't design a warmer welcome for a parent than the one we received at the Four Seasons Miami. Traveling with twin 15mo is a journey and they made it a fun one. The room was set up to welcome our kids with plush manatees, real cribs, and packs of honest wipes and washes. The bathroom even had a diaper caddy (only exciting for parents). When we came back down for dinner, the front staff pulled over a wagon and let our kids pick toys out to take with them.
A fantastic stay. Could not more highly recommend.response / report this review -

This location was very nice. It was easy to access compared to many of the other hotels around that were affected by the ongoing construction around downtown. The Christmas Brunch served at the Edge restaurant was very delicious with a good selection

Staff is incredible at the pool and making up of bed - very attentive. The front desknot so much. Rooms are lovely and gym is a must go.

I stayed there for only a night . The staff was very friendly. The hotel is very well located if you are in Miami for work. The view of the seaside from the pool was awesome.

When I've stayed at the Four Seasons in the past, my stay was great. The hotel has a great pool and rooms, and a very relaxing feel. However, I attempted to stop in for a shower and drinks after going to the beach and before my flight out that evening. The staff couldn't comprehend how to accommodate this, even though I've done as such at the Four Seasons in Kona with an extremely pleasant experience and even though they promised us this would be possible after calling ahead of time to make plans. Anyway, great hotel but there's a serious flaw in their customer service training, even with their managers.

I do babysitting and my company sent me here to babysit and honestly they treat everyone that's steps through their door with respect and even go above and beyond! Honestly I had issues with parking and the concierge was more than accommodating! They even came to pick up my keys to move my car. Amazing service! That they didn't have to do. But is very much appreciated!

What a great find!! Took my best friend out to her birthday dinner here and I don't regret it! Service was impeccable, food was delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect. Highly recommend!!

Edge is one of my favorite options in Miami. Not only is it great for an upscale meal, but it also makes for a sensational happy hour find. Cocktails are phenomenal, and they have a great wine list as well. Came to check out their new menu, and was thrilled with some new offerings, such as the carrot risotto and lamb sausage. Also loved the grilled oysters. Biggest complaint had to be the service, most recently being left for over an hour with no server in sight. Entire meal stretched on far longer than necessary, and often seemed like no one was working in the dining room at all. For such a high end restaurant, would expect much better. May have just been an off night though as it usually is much better.response / report this review -

We had drinks outside. The seating area was decent but nothing special. They could have relocated seating to a better area where there are views and a better ambiance. It didn't feel five star. Drinks were delicious.

The lobby area was beautiful which gives a great first impression when you enter the hotel. The staff at the reception were very professional and articulate and helpful. Concierge service was above fabulous helping us with everything we needed. I was greeted at Nikki beach with special treatment because I was referred by the concierge at Four seasons. Food at the poolside was just amazing. Staff there were also very pleasant and helpful.
