I stay at this hotel often and I have to say the bartender Dave in champions is the best! He’s extremely professional and a makes my experience great! I can tell Dave likes his job because he takes ownership over the bar when he works. I’ll continue to stay here because of Dave’s amazing customer service.

Very clean, and pleasant staff. I thought it would be noisy so close to the airport, but wasn't bad indoors. Getting in and out during rush hour can be tough, but you're right next to the highway and airport. This in a hotel park so the parking lot is huge and crowded. Remember where you park. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in Miami.

Nice property, 4 sets of laundry machines, all working. Some janky elevators down the hall to get to floor 2. My biggest complaint was the van driver who was blowing past us at airport. My colleague had to run into road, and driver didn't hesitate at all and drove right past us, colleague had to beat on side of van. When he stopped, my colleague said there is two of us for pickup. The driver just drive off, we had to take an Uber.

All was great with the exception of service in the dining area , out of 3 days 1 person was pleasant offering great service, 1st day I asked for ice water 4 times, never got it & ended up getting up, going to another waitress to get it. The 2nd day, meal & gratuity paid by my company, all I received was a question, do you have a meal voucher, not Good Morning, how are you..she knew I had a voucher as it was laying on the table in plain sight! The dining room personnel really needs to be trained in regards to how they treat people with Company paid vouchers!
Though my meal cost me nothing the one person that actually offered great service with a smile got a $5.00 tip and I ate off of the Breakfast Bar! She approached my table several times, offering coffee refills ext.! SHE SHOULD BE COMMENDED AND HER NAME IS HANNA MURRAY! This Company needs to have Hanna train others, she is very impressive!response / report this review -

Great location. Good food in walking distance from hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Very nice rooms. Clean and safe hotel. We enjoyed our 2 day stay very much. Would reccommend to all.

Clean and spacious single room shared with my mom. Huge bed and warm blankets. Was worried about being too close to the airport and sound in the middle of the night but not a problem. HOT shower was amazing! Great desk space available with comfortable chair. Sofa with pullout bed also in the room. Lots of storage space for those wanting to stay longer. Mini coffee maker available with some coffee. No fridge :(

Convenient location near the MIA airport, shuttle runs every 15 minutes which is great no long waits. Free WiFi can be better though, It is a basic but good airport hotel.

My stay here was great! The pool and hot tub were really nice, I also liked the gym it had some good equipment. The only bad part was the air conditioner was leaking and the floor in my room was soaked but when I mentioned it, people fixed it right away. Rebecca helped us out a lot and was very nice. Overall it was a great experience.

Stayed one night here between flights from St. Lucia to home. Very friendly hotel. Airport transfer from the airport to the hotel was quick and easy. Only wished the shuttle ran early in the morning, as we had to take a taxi to the airport for our 5:30am flight. Room was quiet and clean. Would absolutely stay here again if the need arose.

Third time is a charm! We've stayed here on several occasions and decided to stay here as part of our honeymoon! When we arrived our king room wasn't up to par.the bathroom was unsanitary. After a call to the front desk we were immediately upgraded to a king suite! The room was so nice that we've decided to stay for another night. I wish they would have done something special for us as it's our honeymoon, but they didn't. The Hilton locations did, so if you're looking for a little special treatmentI would choose Hilton, but the Marriott location is an excellent choice to stay! We will be back! The pool is just excellent! The food is great! Overall I love this location!
