Awful hotel. They say they have breakfast, however they don't have anything but tea and coffee and some granola bars which is not the definition of breakfast. There is a bad smell in the room which is so unpleasant. They don't have room service. If you want room service, you should pay $10. Also, they don't have free parking and parking fee is $15 per day. The worst hotel that I have ever been.

One of the best long term stays I have ever had. The staff were wonderful and accommodations were fantastic. The location is perfect where everything you need is within a mile of the building. Walgreens is across the street and Brickell (the collection of restaurants and nightly hangouts) is just a few blocks away. They have laundry facilities onsite. Everything at the location was a real treat. The staff and the guests all spoke to each other like a great big family. Everyone was willing to help everyone else out. It was a very welcome experience.

Every morning I came down to see the friendly face of Ana. She would smile and wish me a wonderful morning. Thank you for making every morning more wonderful than the last.

I would stop by the desk and spend a few minutes talking to her and Jenny (Jannelis - the General Manager). Thank you for all the wonderful and enlightening conversations. It is not often I met someone of your age who is as insightful and intelligent.

Most evenings I could come down and speak to Lucy (the Manager) who would get the brunt of my torment (lol) since she is successfully juggling a full time job, a full time school schedule and family and I can relate most to that experience. She was always willing to help in anyway I asked. Thank you for reminding me of "why not".

Gloria is the night time desk clerk. She was usually busy dealing with clients or other responsibilities. I washed my clothes and one of my shirts came out with black spots. I was quick to blame the facilities and Gloria immediately jumped and offered to make it right. Within an hour my shirt came back perfectly clean and pressed. Thank you for going above and beyond.

There were 3 housekeepers Carla, Odayn, Josie, each was super professional and accommodating in every way. Thank you so much for your wonderful work.

I have stayed at many hotels in my time. Many are rated at 5 stars, I have never felt more at home than with the Extended Stay in Miami.

The location is convenient, but the quality of room and service at this particular location was below my expectations of an Extended Stay America

Te manager at this hotel is rude and disrespectful (I think her name is Janis). The old manager was so nice and treat me very good. The hotel run out of bath tisse and towel, the new mangager tell me some disrespect. I am very old from Cuba and no one is US ever treat me this way. I wish they bring old manager back. I am very sad and complajn to corporate, but they did not care to respond. I hope I don't have to see bad woman manager again. She ios not nice person and treats everyone bad.

Clean facilities and friendly staff. The hotel has a strange odor (not bad, not not as fresh and clean smelling as a standard hotel). Don't know what breakfast was like because everything was empty by 9:25 (breakfast goes until 9:30). Minus the lack of breakfast, a solid hotel stay.

WARNING, BE READY TO PAY FOR PARKING.WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE FACT THAT HAD TO PAY $20 FOR PARKING PER DAY JUST BECAUSE I NEEDED A TAG FOR THE PARKING LOTWELL HOW ABOUT GIVING THE TAG FOR FREE FOR GUESTS AND WHOM EVER DOES NOT HAVE IT YOU TOW AWAY? This is all it says about parking in Expedia Profile:

    Hotel Features
    Along with self parking,

NOwhere it says I have to pay. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE , WHEN I BOOK A HOTEL I AM NOT EXPECTING OTHER CHARGES OTHER THAN TAXI FEEL I GOT STRIPPED OF $40. AFTER SPENDING $250 HERE.
I DONT CARE ABOUT $40 DOLLARS BUT THE FEELING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF WILL NOT PAY FOR PARKING AT THIS PLACE ANYMORE..1 STAR FOR THIS

Room was okay and staff very friendly, but was dealing with airport issues which did not help with perception.

I stayed for one night. Great customer service!
It has a good location in the Brickell area and there is a Walllgreens across the street. It offers good value for the money you pay. Could use a little help with some fixtures.

The hotel is tough to get to if you are not familiar with Miami. The decor (although recently done) gives the building a grim atmospherecolors are too dark inside and out. The staff are friendly and welcoming which helps to make up for what the hotel lacks. Rooms are decent but just for a night or twonot somewhere you would want to befor an "extended stay"!.
Parking is plentiful and everything is handicap-accessible. There are restaurants, a CVS and a Publix next door.
