Quick stay. Suites were being renovated and had to move my family to another (smaller) room. Club floor is stocked and staff are very polite. The double queen on the club floor is average size and the beds are comfortable. My wife did not sleep as well on the bed but I like a stiffer bed. The room smelled stale unlike previous SPG hotel rooms that are very clean smelling and often welcoming. Overall, the staff are on point, the rooms are good for a quick transfer to the airport or train, but do not linger.

Great staff. Specially Alex. He went above and beyond. Very comfortable and beautiful nature around. You can see racoons and other animals. Offer shuttle to dolphin Mall 10 dollars round trip. Free shuttle to abd from airport. The room was clean and spotless. Very comfortable bed and amazing pillows. I'll sleep like a baby tonight.

Inside the hotel our experience was good. The valet service sucked. First they couldn’t find our keys in the rack outside ,after 15 minutes someone found them inside . Then they couldn’t find our car. We personally walked three floors of the parking garage looking for it ,it was found outside. It took 55 minutes to get our vehicle. I’m sure you would find that totally on acceptable.

The Sheraton Miami airport hotel is great if you're looking to stay by the Amtrak station or airport. They have a complementary shuttle that takes you to all terminals of the airport. The rooms are nice but nothing extravagant. The service at the Sheraton lounge is great and they offer a good range of breakfast and evening snacks. The pool at the hotel is really nice as well. The hotel staff is very friendly and do their best to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Most are bilingual as well.

Excellent hotel located across the street from the Miami International Airport car rental facility. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back every 15 minutes. But sometimes by the time it gets to the last terminal, the shuttle is full and you have to wait for the next one. Our room was large and seemed to have been refurbished. Quick check in and out. This hotel is used by some airlines for flight crews.

This hotel is doing major water restoration right now for asbestos and people are being exposed to it. and they still have people renting rooms there the workers are getting sick it's really bad there right now

Got a good deal through a 3rd party website.
Great view both sides of the building.
Very professional staff. Dealt with shuttle driver, Usher, receptionists, houskeeping and the restaurant staff. They all were respectful and friendly.
The room cleanliness was ok and it was comfortable.
1-2 min shuttle ride or free airport train to the airport.
Walking distance to train station to go to the beach, downtown or all the way to Hollywood FL.

Services are high level with well qualified staff. the hotel is just right behind the airport with a 24 hours shuttle services and if you miss the shuttle you can call they will come back just for you. Great view either on the MIA airport or on the gulf field. nice pool for a rest before your next flight. I took out one star just they could not give me a basic pain killer for incredible headache.

Great place to stay that is convenient to the airport. They offer shuttle service to the airport (free) or the cruise terminal ($10). The beds are comfortable and my wife really, really loved the squishy pillows. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially the valet staff. (Lucas B really took care of us when my wife was ill following our cruise. He got us into our car with both speed and courtesy.)

This is an extremely nice airport hotel. We just stayed over to cruise from the Miami Port the next day. The hotel room service was quick and they offered a lot of options for late night options. The hotel was clean, quiet, and conveniently located. Also had a nice view of the golf course which was unexpected for an airport hotel.

Magnificent views from the room, overlooking an expansive golf course. The lounge is beautifully done. The poolside is nice except sometimes there are mosquitoes in the evening because of the nearby waterbody. (Carry a bug spray). It's very close to the airport and have a shuttle pick-up & drop guests every 15 minutes. The rooms are comfortable and guest services are prompt.

Room had no mini fridge, dresser, or other necessities. Paid parking in an extremely small garage that is usually full. 24 hour gym and pool. Restaurant on site. Weirdly located near Miami International Airport. Golf view room has a BEAUTIFUL view.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights prior to taking a cruise and found it to be excellent in every way. The room was very well maintained and very modern. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful while serving excellent food (especially the buffet breakfast which we had to pay for). Lots of very plush chairs and lounges to sit in by the pool while watching golfers on the course next door. Check in and check out was quick. We booked the shuttle bus to the cruise port ($10.00 each) and made use of the free airport shuttle bus when we first arrived. This was an excellent hotel to start your holiday at and would definitely stay at the Sheraton again on our next cruise trip.
