They have terrible customer service. We had ants in our room plus spiders, and mold in the shower. When we went to the counter we were told that we had to wait for the manager at 11pm. We waited. When the manager showed up she told us she could not do anything except give us another nasty room and a 15% cash back or we would have to wait until Monday when the actual manager comes back from “vacation”. She was useless!

Worst hotel ever!!! Airport shuttle never picked us up!! Supposedly phones were down had to take $20 taxi shuttle to pier next day booked because we got there so late after waiting 2 hours for free shuttle that never showed!! Was told talk to manager in the morning then told manager won't be in till Monday!! Nothing but lies!!! Hotel dirty and old and Lady that worked breakfast was the rudest lady ever to everyone there!! I had sent someone there before we went and 2 other people that I referred to stay in the next couple months who r cancelleing this week!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Room clean and spacious. A couple of issues in the bathroom with the shower and toilet roll holder and the door entry system had gone down. This is a good place to stay after a long flight before you start your holiday.

Staff were really nice. Didn't catch the airport shuttle guys name, but he was awesome. Very informative! Breakfast was as I expected. Waffles sausage, pastries, juice, cereal. Room was clean except for the giant (I mean the size of a quarter) cockroach. So gross. Then there was a smaller one in the bathroom. A lot of close restaurants (within a half mile).

Good location, friendly staff and OK breakfast. Pickup and drop off to airport is very good if slightly chaotic.
If you're going from airport to the hotel, stand to the left of the main crowd outside airport entrance and flag down the holiday Inn bus and this will drop you off for free at the hotel.response / report this review -

Our room was clean but bathroom area is cramped (and no bathtub). I feel that they screwed me on the price. The room was certainly not worth over $100 a night (plus with the neighborhood-yikes) . Breakfast was very sad. Hardly anything and there were so many people. However the staff was great, especially Kevin.

Clean. Friendly staff. Great amenities! Would definitely book here again! Bathroom was huge! Bed was comfy! A/c was nice a cold. Fridge and iron in the room. Very happy with this property!
