It’s been the most horrible decision I have made In my life I brought my car and drove it for 2 days and the radiator had a leak and bad hose had to have it replaced then 2 days later the transmission went out and I haven’t had my car for 2 weeks because apparently it’s getting replaced they are terrible

I have purchased three vehicles from here since 2009. I have never had any major problems with any of them. When you buy a used vehicle from anywhere you have to understand that it will have some issues with age. I have purchased a 1996 Lexus ls400, a 2000 mercedes clk430, and more recently I helped my mom buy a 2002 dodge dakota truck from them. Sharisia is kind and helpful to the customer and makes the deal work. I recommend this dealership to any one who has less than perfect credit who wants a decent used car. I will purchase from them again.

I purchased a 2004 lincoln ls from there a little over 30 days ago.they assured me that the air in the vehicle works it just needed some freonmy husband put I dont know how many cans in itbought recharging parts and still no airwe took it to a mechanic and he said he has no idea what is wrong with the air, now I have to pay money to take it to the dealer..I also signed paperwork to have my tags sent to me in the mail and still no tags and my 30 day tags expired 6 days ago so I have been unable to drive the carthat is so unprofessional. hate I ever dealt with them.

I just bought a 2003 Volvo it had no warranty and the alternated went out due to it sitting a very long time I paid 185.00 for the alternator and Fitzgerald took off 200 on my car payment for it and then my tow fee was 135 and he took 175 off and to make it way better even took a thousand off the original price I have Absolutely no complaints and they are not a bunch of drug dealers they are very down to earth people and definitely work with you when no one else can and I wouldn't had went anywhere else if I had to do it all over again ,great people and cowboy is a very sweet man and I have no idea why anyone would say anything bad about him it's just when people do it pay their payments they get repossessed and want to get mad after they have waited to months or more for their payments and want to say hurtful and wrong things about these people and all they ask is a call and even works with you then but I have nothing bad to say about any of them ,they are exceptional if you ask me where else could you go and they sell a vehicle as is with no warranty and still take off on you're future payments? To me they aren't about the money they are about customers coming back and respect and making the customer happy even if it means taking off payments or out of their pockets.
