If I could rate them at a Zero I would.
Made a Cash Deal with these people, was suppose to pick up the car next morning and they Didn't hold up their end of the bargain. They jacked up the price and they wouldn't fix what was wrong with the car. 5 Point Auto Masters and Kelly & Kelly are the same Company, and they both are sketchy. Cars are more then what they are worth at every lot.

I really wanted to like the place. Truly. We were looking for a vehicle, they had one we wanted. However, the dealership did not sit well with us. Suffice it to say, we opted out. Several reasons why:

- The salesman knew nothing about the vehicle, which became incredibly obvious within moments of listening to his pitch. He's a green pea, nothing practice and knowledge can't fix.

- The use of profanity on a sales floor reflects poorly on the dealership.

- Attitude is key. Lack of enthusiasm and general unpleasantness was very apparent when speaking to a female employee.

- Trust your gut. Something was telling me that this was not a good place to get my car from.

I have had a wonderful experience with my car so far. I bought approximately 2 weeks ago, and have put over 600 miles on it so far. Car has had no lights come on , just usual things that need to be done. I got an oil change, radiator flush (refill) and a replacement air filter. None of the maintenance was needed just trying to take every precaution, to insure the life span of my new vehicle. Don't judge them over a few bad reviews. As with all used cars you have to get them checked out, and it seems alot of these people didn't do simple maintenance. (The car I bought was a 1994 Toyota corolla with 105k miles.) car runs like a champ , thanks guys.

We have bought 3 used vehicles from them and have always got a great deal, and dependable . And I'm still diving my 1999 ford windstar right now. I love it have had it 5 yrs now . Still running great .
