  I would give this place a negative 100 if I could.My husband purchased a 2012 volvo s 60 on Saturday Nov.25th 2017 and drove the car a 135 miles home and the motor started ticking.The next day while on the interstate the car died the motor blew up. The dealership said it was my fault talking about I was driving to fast really on the interstate !!!!.If you know like I know you will stay the hell away from this place unless you want a lemon!!!!!

  I'm 19 and Mr. Jovan and his associate were very friendly and not pushy at all. They are like one big family. They asked what I wanted/needed and found the perfect vehicle for me. I found my car and got a great payment. I would recommend them to ANYBODY especially younger people. They were awesome. Car had one issue brought it back and they fixed it right away.

  Customer Service is great as a whole.
  Repair Service is decent. Definitely better then most and though a little pricey it's affordable.
  Product (vehicles) reliability is horrible. Worst place to buy a vehicle.
  When its too good to be true it usually is! From the jump was a great guy w great service. Helped me out in a serious jam.
  Car only lasted a couple months though. Bring a mechanic if your buying!
  Sold me a Complete LEMON!
  Repair services are usually good there. His mechanic left a wrench in the hood of my vehicle rattling around the engine. As well as unhooked and unfinished repairs. Everyone makes mistakes though.
  My mistake was going there.

  Repair service is far better then most car repair places that try to up charge on service. Outstanding service and the ability to come to the home is a large plus. Every time I have an issues with my cars I call Jovan first.
