I have seen some of the adverse comments from people on here and they are totally incorrect. Mr. Shawn helped me out tremendously. If he can't get you approved then you have really got to be messed up financially. He went above and beyond for me. My credit absolutely sucks and he got me in a vehicle. He is one of the most professional people I have ever met. The whole crew up there does a great job. It was actually fun buying a car from them. They are so down to earth. Prices are very reasonable for people with bad credit and good credit situations and cars are very clean. I would recommend to anybody.

Just recently purchased a 2005 Nissan Frontier from the Car Exchange and the service was great. Shawn Chavis the finance manager took care of me throughout the whole process. I could tell they were grateful for my business and treated me like it. Will for sure be going back when its time for a new vehicle. Thanks again to Shawn and the rest of the staff.

These guys are awesome Shawn, Jeff, an Jeffery they all did everything they could do to get me a first time buyer with no credit into the most elagant fully loaded Grand Caravan on the lot. They can do the same for you. I am glad I stopped atThe Car Exchange it was the greatest experience it was like one great big family there and they just welcomed me and promptly had me financed into a great vehicle. Don't believe no bad about this car lot this car lot and the salesman are more interested in getting you into a ride than they are putting money in their own pockets. Great vehicles to choose from and responsible car payments. Thanks again guys you all have made my life so much easier.

I couldnt have asked for a better car buying experience. Every one of these guys were friendly and helpful. They did all they could to make sure we drove home in the vehicle WE picked not one they wanted us in. They worked for hours to get us approved. When they say they will try all they can to get you approved they really mean it! We got a great deal on our GMC Acadia. Its unfortunate to see the negative reviews. The Car Exchange can't change if the banks and loan companies say no. They do all they can for everyone who walks in the door. They treat everyone fair. They are very family oriented! Thanks guys!

If I could leave one star I would! They like to get your information and tell you they are working on it, and try to drag more and more money out of you ( higher down payment) and ultimately they don't call you back at all. I have contacted them over 10x and everytime I got the same reply as well as Shawn will call you back around 1 and after 2 when you call, they will tell you to call at three! Then I stopped calling after a week or so and they still haven't called back. They told me one time that they had two finance companies willing to finance and they didn't know the payment, interest, or the down payment they wanted smh! I got told hold on I'll find out! They are just a bad place to go to. After digging through reviews I'm not the only one! What makes it so bad I had more money but I too am a business sauve person so I know not to give them top dollar I will pay! Too bad for them! Don't go if you want to do good business. Let the excuses begin!

My experience was great with The Car Exchange. I purchased a vehicle a year ago and now it is paid off. Have not had any problems with the car at all. Thank you guys so much for working with me, and I will continue doing business with The Car Exchange!! I recommend anyone!

This was absolutely the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Shawn and his staff went above and beyond to make sure I did not leave there driving my new automobile. I will definitely do additional business with them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone I know in search of purchasing a vehicle.

WENT TO DEALERSHIP WITH NO MONEY AND NO HOPE OF GETTING A CAR. MY CREDIT WAS SHOT FROM A PREVIOUS MARRIAGE. SHAWN THE MANAGER THERE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WORKED VERY HARD TO GET ME DONE. HE GOT ME A PAYMENT I COULD AFFORD AND HE TREATED ME WITH GREAT RESPECT. EVERY WHERE ELSE I WENT TO JUST TURNED ME AWAY WHEN I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION TO THEM. THEY WOULDN'T EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO TALK TO ME. BUT, SHAWN DID. HE SOLD ME A NICE IMPALA THAT RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT. HE IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. I RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYBODY.
