They say that they can approve anyone. I wanted a dodge ram. I had cash plus 3 cars to trade in. I told them that I wanted a truck instead of a car or s.u.v. After about 2 hours of pointless questions and paperwork, they tell me that they can only approve me for a smaller vehicle.um, okay, I said I wanted a truck and I'm trying to give you my perfectly good running car and 2 s.u.v.s, so why would I do that for another car. Instead of finding a way to work with me, they turned me away and a small dealership called Mcgradys had me riding within days, in a 2009 f150 a lot nicer than the dodge I was trying to get.

Good visit. Didn't get anything but gained some good useful information that saved both of us some valuable time.

If your credit score is already bad, it will be dumpster diving by the time they are done trying to get you approved. My credit score was in the late 500s, almost 600 when I arrived. It is now barely clinging to 500. They spam applications to several car loan companies in hopes of getting one to stick. I've received at least 12 denial letters now. It took time to get where I was, and now it'll take even more time to get back. I'm thankful to be approved for a car, but had I known I'd take a 70 point hit I would have taken public transportation til I could buy a car out right. Just something to consider as you car shop.

Bernard Jacobs is a great sales professional. I came in, let him no my situation, he was straight forward by telling me what he could do for me, and he got it done. No jive talk, no pressure and also gave me a selection of cars to choose from, when other dealers would try and lead me towards cars they wanted to put me in, but not here. Bernard took into consideration the type of car I was Interested in from the start and never tried to sway me away from the type of my choosing. I would recommend him 1,000 times again. OK Cars!!

I thought that I had a great experience with the purchase of my new vehicle. I was sadly mistaken though. At first, I was so excited about getting a new car that I did not do a thorough walk around the car to notify them of any issues with the paint, tinting, or any other damages before signing that contract. I took the car for a test drive and took pictures. Then I went back to finish the contract. The car drives smoothly and hasn't given me any problems. However, I noticed after washing it that there was a huge dent from the drivers side down to the passage side door. It was perfectly camouflaged. I looked at the pictures that I took that day and it sure enough was there. The next day I called to see if they could work with me about the repairs and they said it was too late to do anything. Any repairs would be at my expense. It's sad, really. People just aren't honest anymore nor have your best interest in mind and are quick to just take your money. Another lesson learned. My advice, be careful when doing business with them. I hope that they didn't hide anything else.
