I love the car I received, do not get me wrong, however when trading vehicles they will not pay off your existing loan until they received the check. That is fine until they misplace the check!!!! Apparently they are unorganized and almost broke. Trading should not be this way.

I purchased my car here and couldn't be happier. Zack was a lot of help and patient with us. Thank you again for all the help and time to find a car just for us! I recommend anyone here as well as Zack, he was great!

I did not purchase from Deacon Jones. However, everyone was extremely helpful and gave me excellent advice for my goddaughter! The car that I was looking for had been sold from another location.

Mandrick was amazing he was straight forward and didn't play any pushy games. They were all laid back and gave me my space to look on my own. Even the office manager was very down to earth and straight forward. They price matched to the other dealerships on the car I wanted. I stopped in rode around the lot they smiled said Hi but didn't approach me. I loved that they let me look around without bothering me or being extremely pushy compared to most dealerships. All the prices are listed on the cars as well. After other dealerships playing games not giving me a price of a car until they ran my credit and then trying to talk me into a price WAY too high for what I could afford, I was pretty stressed out. Deacon Jones was extremely EASY. They didn't play games they answered all my questions straight forward and dropped the price to the price range matching what I needed. They offered me almost double for my car compared to other dealerships (about 5 in town and Lumberton Honda). The entire process of trading in my car and driving away in the new one was about 3.5 hours. They we're very kind and relaxed. I didn't feel pressured at all or bothered. They left me to myself unless they had a question or I had one. They have a nice waiting room with kids toys which helped having a 4 year old with me. Even the other sales people came and played with my son to keep him happy. The Honda Pilot I got fits to a T the price I wanted and drives amazing. They immediately pulled the car fox report on it too while waiting.Thank you so much for making my car purchase a great experience.

This is just another small corner lot dealer in Fayetteville trying to make a quick buck. Their cars are way over-priced. And they're not able to work on any of the vehicles they sell because they don't have a service department. (It's not like they need one because there is no warranty on their cars. They're all as-is). Their dealership is a small, single wide trailer. Personally, I'm not purchasing a $20,000 vehicle as-is. I've been over there a few times and every time I go, different managers are working there. A store that can't keep managers and sales people speaks volumes to me. As a good patron, my advice would be to stay away from the over-priced, as-is cars at Deacon Jones of Fayetteville.

Went through the long tedious process of trading my tiburon in for a genesis. I couldnt believe the deal was real. walked out of the dealership after a TWO day process with my genesis keys in hand. I was assured by the salesman at Decan Jones that the car was carfax clear! No accident, no history of any bad crap. I find out 2 years later that not only did they lie to me, but they bold face lied. I found out today ( I have a new daughter and need a 4 door, so went to trade in the Genesis for a sedan) that my "Clean history Genesis" had actually been in a front end accident in 2009. Decan Jones did a good job covering this up. The only way I found out was through Carmax, who told me that the paint on the car isnt all original, and the front right quarter panel and the front bumper was replaced and repainted. I knew something was up when I took it through a carwash and the pain on the bumper started to Chip and Run. I would go ANYWHERE before I went back to Decan Jones. Be careful people. they are GOOD at their little screw you game. They went so far as to give me a false history report saying the car was accident free. Be warned. their deals seem amazing, but they are not.
