Last year my girlfriend brought a 2015 Dodge Charger from Terrance at thee car lot. Everything was good until she tried too trade the car in at crown Dodge. Found out the car had been wrecked twice. This information was never given too us at all. Neither was the Carfax report. I would not recommend doing business with this company at all.

Everything started out okay I guess. Was told I would get a phone call to let me know exactly what is going on with the approval. This was Monday afternoon, today is Thursday and still no call. Just wanted to know exactly what was going on.

Purchased a vehicle and it looked great! 24 hours later it cut off everytime i stopped. I returned the vehicle they kept it over 3 day to repair and didnt want to answer any of my questions. Staff is very rude and inconsiderate!

My credit wasn't all that great, I thought.. I walked in and sat down with TERRANCE to go over what i was looking for. My truck was wrecked and I had to have something quick. Terrance was so great through the whole process, with me never financing a car before I was new to this and nervously awaiting my approval or rejection. Hah! I drove out of there with not 1 but 2 vehicles for me and my family!!!!! Just a little issue with one vehicle after I got them but i called Terrance and Mike and Chad. They quickly took care of me. Big thanks to Terrance for ALL YOUR HELP! You are truly awesome at what you do sir!!

Everyone at Thee Car Lot are very nice. I was very pleased with my experience with them. I didn't even think I was going to be able to get approved for a car loan because of my credit. But Terrence Underwood went out his way and made sure I got approved. He is a terrific sales man and goes above and beyond for his customers. Him and Crystal were amazing!!!! I told Terrence what I was looking for and he called me when I got off work and told me to come get it. I was not expecting that. So if your looking for a great car at a reasonable price. Thee Car Lot is the place to go. And ask for Terrence Underwood and I promise you won't be disappointed!!!! I went to The Car Lot honestly never excepting to drive away in a new car my credit is definitely not best and assumed I would be disappointed when I left. Terrence Underwood turned my whole day around when he walked me outside and said I was approved for a 16 Nissan Altima. I really wanted to cry at that moment but I held myself together. Terrence made sure he did everything in is power to get my approved and riding. thank you to The Car Lot and definitely Terrance Underwood for naking me one happy woman

It was awesome here. Our dealer Alonzo got me riding the same day, within an hour matter of fact. He is amazing!!!! Come down to Thee Car Lot and he will get you approved.
