Great service coordinator. Had an issue with scheduling and it was taken care off. Staff were really nice, and offered free water and coffee. Washed and vacuumed car after service was complete.

Wen’t to get my oil changed (10NOV17) and when I greeted and said I am here to get my oil changed I was not even acknowledged. I had to ask two different people. The looked at the guy who does it and that seemed to be my clue to go over to the person who deals with it. What a garbage customer service. If my vehicles wasnt a VW I would definitely not come here.

Bought a car from these a$$holes hoping it would be high quality and reliable but it kept having air conditioner issues, I sent it to the service department 6 times and they never fixed it and lied to me saying that's how the car is supposed to operate but none of the other cars done it. The manager was the most complete rude arrogant man I have ever ran across and not willing to help me in any way before, Dave Pshock ruined my Volkswagen experience. I will NEVER go back here, and I will NEVER recommend this place, not even to my worst enemy.

Id give 5 stars because I'm a fan of German engeneering and they covered everything under warranty, but they have a piss poor drive. I did not see any greeters or porters during my 3 hour wait.

Dont waste your time here. Sales personnel are sorry, sad individuals. A deal to them is paying less than bottom dollar for your trade and knocking off ~1,000 from the MSRP. Extremely unprofessional as well. When you tell them the deal is bunk the first thing they want to do is argue, not pursuade, or anything a normal salesperson would do, they want to argue. The best thing you can do when it comes to this dealership is feel sorry for them, because they have to live with themselves.

The man who came to show us the cars didn't try to pressure us, which was nice. Let us test drive and asked when we'd like to buy it. We said we might need some time. He played it cool, gave us his card and told us to call him anytime

I am always amazed with the AWESOME service desk here at the Fayetteville location. I have been coming to get my Passat serviced here for the last 2 years and I have never had a bad or questionable experience. Hands down the best service team! I've had the pleasure to work with Mike, Brittany, and Kelsey. I will make the 5 hour drive to get my service done with this team after I PCS next month. Thanks guys!

I have bought one car here and have had two cars serviced here. They have a good sales department and an excellent service department. Mike from service is great and also remembers my name when I come in for oil changes.
