I had a great buying experience there yesterday. Tyler and Cain were extremely helpful, easy going and down to earth. Genuinely good people and not pushy at all! They were very accommodating and I feel like the deal was more than fair for everyone.The condition of my (new to me/used) truck is immaculate and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of all aspects of my purchase. We drove 6 hours for a vehicle with a purchase agreement signed. It was then sold out from underneath us. Then, they acted like they would give us a good deal on another vehicle because of their mistake and wanted to add money to fix a backup cam that was already broken. Absolutely ridiculous! Why would we pay for something that was already broken! We told them we were on our way to purchase said vehicle. They then call us 30 min before we arrive to tell us it has sold. Thanks for nothing and wasting miles on our vehicle and gas money. Five hours of driving for and explanation of “well that sucks” from the sales manager.

It was a pleasure buying from Drive Findlay. The entire dealership was very clean and well organized. Everyone there was very friendly and willing to help. I worked with Alexa, who is an excellent saleswoman, and help me with all my requests and questions, even pointing out a few things about the vehicles and the car buying process I was not aware of in my past purchases at other dealerships. I felt like she went above and beyond to help and had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend Alexa and Drive Findlay as this buying experience was a pleasure for me and I plan to return for my next purchase.

Great experience. My daughter was in desperate need of a new car and we had very little time to find something. We told Alexa what we needed and she delivered just that. Alexa was able to get my daughter into a great car with zero hassle! Coming from someone who hates buying vehicles; I know where we will be buying our cars from now on. I spoke with Justin, head of service, about what I needed and he ans his team were able to accommodate me on the same day to get me back on the road again in a jiffy. I had been looking for a dealership who I could trust. Someone who cared about the vehicle I drove. A person who went above and beyond what they normally do. I found Justin at Findlay Chrysler. Since I live one hour away it is hard for me to schedule an appointment to get my work van worked on. I travel from my home to Toledo. Justin always told me to stop in and he would take care of me. No matter what I needed, I was taken care of within minutes and out back on the road within one hour. I recommend you give Justin a call, he is the service manager at Findlay Chrysler. Everyone at the dealership was incredibly kind and professional. However, Jerome stood out as one of the most professional and customer friendly salesman I’ve met thus far. I’ve purchased many vehicles over the last 20+ years and he is one I will return to for many more. His non-pushy sales approach and vast knowledge of the many vehicles on the lot, is why I will be back to see Jerome. They are scam artists not only that. They did not inspect used vehicles. We got one from them that was a whole gallon low on coolant and took almost a whole bottle of brake fluid. Another we go said the engine oil had 98% life on it and barley showed on the dips stick ( yes is was that low). Blackstone labs confirmed the oil was well past its life. Plus they did a bait and switch on one carwell I should say tried too. One salesman tried to start a fist fight when i called him out on it in front of customers. Oh plus I have everything recorded on video. Will upload it to youtuibe,facebook,and twitter.

Just had a great warranty service experience for my 2015 Ram 1500 at this dealership. It was especially refreshing after having an extremely poor experience at different Portland-area dealership. Findlay made a diagnosis of my check engine light error codes while I waited 1-2 hours in their nice lounge. They then notified me that the repair indicated would require the whole day and offered me a free ride home, which I did not expect. They even offered to pick me up later. The truck was done at 4pm. I was told they were even washing it for me! Very nice. Shout out to Tim in the service department for being a true professional. Thank you.

The service department especially the kid running it has a lot to be desired. We've been treated better at a pit bull convention. They have a lot to learn about customer service. The tricked out cars out front do not make up for rudeness.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Drove over 150 miles to get my vehicle. It was exactly as shown and disclosed when I got there. No surprises. I worked with Rick Duffman. He was honest, fair, thorough, and down to earth. Although anyone of the staff there I encountered was professional and courteous. Would do it all over again.
