Just like every dealership. Can't make it out of your vehicle without a salesman attacking you. Sometimes people just want space to browse. Parts Dept seem to be helpful.

STAY AWAY. My jeep had to be towed recently to this shop and my father ensured the jeep made it to this shop because I was unable to leave work at that time. I called the shop to make sure it made it & let them know I am the owner of the vehicle so all issues would go through me. They called me the next day asking to speak to my father to discuss repairs (my father lives 40 minutes away and was doing me a favor that day). I told them it was my vehicle and all repair issues go through me. The service person told me that my father would understand what's wrong with it and they wanted to talk to him.

Seeing I was not getting information, I asked my father to call because they would not talk to me. They made some repairs, not all, and have charged me $700. They expect me to pay this amount when they REFUSED TO DISCUSS MY VEHICLE WITH ME. Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I made it clear I was the owner of my vehicle and they verbally told me they did not want to discuss repairs with me. I did not consent to any repair because I DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE. I still have no idea what they fixed because they refuse to call me, only my father.

If you go here for service don't ever expect to receive a phone call. The service advisor wasted so much of my time by making me chase him that I called the service manager. He stated he would return my call and never did. My truck was there for a total of 6 weeks for a problem that they can't diagnose. I was charged for parts that were supposed to fix it. When I picked my truck up it had more problems then when it went in the shop. My truck is getting older and has high mileage so the "technician" assumed it would be acceptable to drive it with filthy hands. And yes before I get the automated response of " please contact us so we can make this right" let me say I am still waiting on a return call. Oh and of course I will "tell a friend". Thanks for wasting my time and money.

This was by far, my most single gratifying car buying experience, ever. The staff are friendly, welcoming and no pressure. Their philosophy is customer focused and I appreciate all of the extra steps they took to increase my satisfaction. A special shout out to Amanda. She was professional, kind and efficient and understands the thought process that goes along with making such a substantial purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership for both service and purchase. 5 Stars!

Purchased my 2013 Wrangler from here. Needed to get rear axle seals replaced. I would need a loaner vehicle. Called 2 different times to see if one was available. The advisor said he has my number and would call me ASAP when one becomes available. It's been over a month. Never got a call back so I went somewhere else and got them fixed. Also when I took it in for service they said they updated the PCM and TCM, which they never did.

What a great experience. First off I showed up over an hour early for my appointment. Joe was awesome made sure he met with me and showed me around quick while he finished up with his other customer. At no point did he seem annoyed by my super early arrival. While I was waiting all the sales people came up and just joked around and made me feel welcome. Once we were ready to test drive it was very pleasant. Joe was a no pressure type salesman which is rare to find. Then comes the part where typically everyone dreads.the numbers. What they showed me wasn't going to work, instead of pressuring me into doing something I wasn't comfortable doing, we worked together to get me a deal I wasn't going to drive off the lot regretting. My entire experience there made it feel like I wasn't buying car but rather just hanging out with friends. Joe, Denny, and Jason were an absolute breathe of fresh air in an often times suffocating market. Some of these reviews on here are years old and I can assure you the staff there cares. It was more about customer relations than getting top dollar. I have been in the military for 11 years and have bought cars all over the country. I would gladly pack my family up and drive to Columbiana to do business again.

Just purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from Mike. It was a great experience. All new vehicles have "kinks" to work out, and they are fixing the problem quick and easy. I would recommend C CJD to anyone.
