I called in in shortly after they opened to see if they could repair the screen on my I phone 6 S. They said yes and and they had the parts in stock. It took less than an hour and Brandon was very courteous and got the job done in less time than they anticipated. And cheaper than the guy quoted me at the Mall. I was referred and will do referrals as well.

I believe Brandon was the man who fixed my phone. An incredibly kind guy who went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Although busy, he did his best to make sure my phone was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. The issue was, that as soon as I got my phone back, the touch ID did not work. After a full week of numerous calls to Apple, a diagnostic was run, and the internal software of my touch ID was determined to be malfunctioning. I called Fastlane to ask if they would look at it and maybe see if it was an easy fix, but Daniel basically told me "Yeah, we can look at it, but there is nothing we can do". I know Brandon would have taken care of it with no problem. The other guy happily turned me away.
Update: After I had written my review, Brandon called and was very kind. He gave me numerous options on what he may be able to do to help me. I had already paid to have a replacement sent from Apple, but the fact that he called back with such concern earned him his 5 stars back (When it was originally a 3).response / report this review -

Professionalism at its best! Both in verbal delivery and quality of service. I've been to Fastlane on 3 separate occasions with my phones and have always felt I received a much better than average deal on outstanding service when leaving the place. Brandon speaks to customers with high character and is honest with turn-around times. Not only will I continue to be a repeat customer, I will pass the word and recommend to anyone.

I have had four iPhone screens repaired from Fast Lanes. Each time they did a great job and were very friendly. Recently, Jason and Brandon fixed my iPhone 7. Thank you so much for being so incredibly accommodating throughout the process. I really appreciate it.

Really friendly staff. I had to bring my laptop in to get fixed and within a few days it was ready. If I ever need anything repaired again I will be sure to come back to Fastlane Computers. Thanks!! :)

These guys are awesome! Busted my phone screen and I popped in to see if they could repair it and less than 15 minutes later I had a beautiful brand new screen for less than a hundred bucks! Great service, super friendly. All around amazing experience!!

I was beyond anxious when I took my computer in. It had a software issue and wouldn't turn on. They told me they would back up all files, and of course I thought, "ok, are they really going to follow through?" Well, they did! They fixed my computer and reinstalled Windows. They left all my files in the exact same place I left them! They do not deserve any negetive reviews. Go there for computer issues.

Super quick with their work but it's pretty pricy. No discounts for coming often nor for first responders or military. Would like to see that to keep my business as other places offer less and discounts for first responders. The staff is pretty nice and they will fix a phone screen within in hour though.

Professional and super friendly. my iPhone 6s screen was cracked horribly and was fixed in an hour with no problems or issues. I would definitely recommend Fast Lane Computers to friends and family and visit them again if I ever have any other problems. THANK YOU!

Fastlane computers is a great business with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had a new computer and I was running into issues. I took it to them and the staff diagnosed it and gave me a call back within an hour or so to tell me what was wrong. Decided to fix it and had it completed in no time with new parts replaced for me. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you guys for the help and I look forward to more business. You guys deserve a lot of praise.

Great customer service!! I have personally delt with Brandon Walker and he made me feel very confident that they would get my iPhone fixed promptly and the right way the first time!! I seriously wouldn't recommend any other place in Bay County to take care of your electronics. Fast lane is the way to go!
